Beautifully amazing inside. Nice and clean. Service was quick, especially when you order the 5 for 5. I loved the light up fountain drinks and how they have diet lemonade. The sauces weren’t as good as I usually think they are, but I enjoyed the food with the big amount of meat put on each sandwich.

Sat at drive thru to order for 7 minutes no one responded or willing to take order. Employees all just standing around looking out the window. Not the first time this location does not know how to take orders in their drive thru. Very disappointing.

Every single time I ever order food from here something is missing. & not to mention the last 3 times I have ordered never got horsey or Arby’s sauce. Every SINGLE time. I am not the one to give businesses bad reviews because I also work in retail but I have given this place chance after chance and without fail have failed over and over. Avoid.

Food was good as usual and service was great, mostly upset that I did not receive my curly fries with my meal and didn’t notice till I was back home a town over so not worth it to drive back! Everything else was great tho!

I wanted to recognize the great service by the Arby’s employees working this evening. We pulled up to the drive thru 20 minutes before close and placed a big order (we were craving Arby’s !) … the employees took our order with such friendly service… gave us a great amount of sauces (no skimping) … and we could tell the food was very fresh… we will definitely be back!

The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. I ate inside, which has a bit of a strange layout, but noticed the drive-thru moved quickly, as well. The employees were nice and didn’t screw up my order, which is awesome, especially these days.

Used to eat This at Texas I’m new to Illinois coming back to Arby’s was great got the Ham and Swiss melt it was amazing and the curly fries are the best fries ever Workers in the drive through were kind and respectful and gave a warning that fries were hot the moved at a good pace and drive thru is quick can’t wait to come back

After calling a few times because they kept adding bacon to my salad I finally come home thinking that it was made right until I realized that my whole salad was soupy and watery and that’s when I tipped over the container and realized the bottom was flooded with either water or some mysterious liquid. Haven’t had Arby’s in years and sad to say I’m very disappointed
