Terrible so disappointed. Ordered the pumpkin cheesecake, came frozen, no sauce no whipped cream. The salad is brown! Spaghetti looks like it came out of the microwave, it also tastes like 3 day old pasta left in a rubber container. Not edible I’d give zero stars if I could!

Soggy stale salad should never be served, no matter how late in the evening it is. Sloppy John the manager needs more training as a manager with his empathy and professionalism. He also needs clean himself up, he looks sloppy. I would have never guessed he was the manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Came to this location last night and sat at our table for well over 5 minutes before our server came to greet us. Not very pleasant server either by the way. Maybe it was because she overheard me getting upset over the table that sat behind us was getting service first.They had drinks and bread sticks before we even got greeted. Our server threw 3 straws down and said what would you like. Ordered a coke, a sweet tea and an unsweetened tea. She brought back our drinks and aggressively set them on the table. 1 coke with 2 sweet teas. Never offered if we wanted cheese on top of our appetizer, just set it on the table and walked away. Out server seemed rude when we told her we received 2 sweet teas and only ordered 1. Salad had way too many onions in it. Ordered fettuccine alfredo and it was dry, not enough sauce. Worst experience at this location. To too it off is was my birthday and I just wanted a good experience and got a bad one instead. Never again. Fire this server as she has a terrible attitude for her job.

Absolutely ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get greeted Ava seen us and walk right past and made it her mission to help everyone besides us. Jason tried to help us but he also was everywhere beside us, he didn’t ask what side we wanted , and just gave us something random side. Don’t get me started on the portions. I had more meat than Alfredo, it was dry and the salad didn’t even have croutons or dressing . We watched as she made sure another table was helped even though she avoided us the entire time. The entire environment was ridiculous and I feel as though everyone needs to be reevaluating how to work in an environment such as this one. Your job is to make us feel welcomed we aren’t paying for your attitude and we’re also not paying to be treated so passive aggressively. No one even came to check if we wanted dessert or if we were ready to go, or for a to go plate.

Had a great experience. We got there at about 5:30pm on a Sunday. Parking lot looked crowded, but we were seated immediately. Our waitress (Kaylee??) was really fantastic. She was upbeat, helpful and super friendly. Our entrees took a little while but we weren’t in a hurry. Kaylee kept us informed and yelled at the kitchen for us even though we weren’t concerned. My steak was a little over cooked and tough but all in all it was a fine meal.

Been grabbing soup and salads to go since the pandemic Especially when someone in the house has colds or flu.. The food service /pick up is always perfect as well as the customer service We.love the breasdstics sticks as well as the food and the chocolate mints.

Terrible customer service. When we were sited our waiter didn’t greet us until 15 minutes after we’ve already been sitting there. It was my sister’s 21st birthday today and we watched a waiter sing the guest happy birthday and we didn’t receive the same. Our waiter would disappear for long amount of times without asking us if we needed anything. Didn’t ask if we wanted to slip the bill just kept it short with us.

Large Italian American chain. The zuppa Toscana is good although I would prefer ribollita for an authentic Tuscan soup. The breadsticks are normally fresh and good, but on this visit seemed dry. The lasagna was okay, but was a collection of individual flavors rather than having blended together. The mints at the end of the meal were very good.
Service was prompt, but the soup, breadsticks and lasagna came out almost together. The space is nice with comfortable seating. They do have Wi-Fi available for customers.
There is plenty of parking.

I was so impressed with the taste of spaghetti meal take out delivery. Everything was there delicious. The salad was not as good as when I’ve eaten at the restaurant. It was discolored
but the spaghetti and sauce were super. The first time I ordered with meat balls but it was to much and made me to full so the next time I ordered without the meat balls. Today I intend to pick up my order. Recently the taste has improved alot since I last ate over 10 years ago.
