I have some regrets, namely with not asking how large the large is.
Still haven’t learned this about Calzones, but the large ones tend to be as large as a folded pizza but packed with a ton more cheese and other fillings.
Ordered over the phone, super easy, tossing in bacon, onions, mushrooms, garlic, ricotta, green peppers, broccoli, sausage, and tomatoes. It was a lot, and it came with the price tag to match: $31. Even went with the extra thing of marinara sauce, but as it turns out I did not need it.
Pickup was easy, staff were quick and friendly, and the thing smelled great driving home. Once back I opened up the box to realize my mistake of not asking how big the large is, clearly with a part of 2-3 in mind. Whoops.
Digging in the first half I had was delicious, a great balance of veggies, meats, cheese, and bread. Sadly the second half was less so, as it was dense with the meat, and lacking in cheese and veggies. I tried to offset it with the dipping sauce, but to no avail, as it only made the bread soggier on the 2nd half which was already dripping wet. Very messy.
While I do blame myself for the size, I think with it only being half enjoyable, does take away a star. Yes I had a ton of fillings, but the 1st half was super, and had it continued to be as enjoyable as the first I would have kept a full five stars.
Overall, very filling, a bit pricy, and required a good deal of manhandeling to consume. 4/5.

I eat a lot of pizza around the capital region and wow!! The cheese slice I had was amazing!! Great taste, a lot of flavor, not greasy, a good crunch, and the right amount of cheese! I would highly suggest Jimmy’s pizza and pasta!

excellent taste, especially with pepperoni, which i don’t usually like. later in the day so they didn’t have individual slices on display but had em tucked under the counter and with a bit longer in the oven it ended up great.

I’ve ordered here several times over the past few years, but last time was enough for me to never order again. Placed a $150 order, went to pick up, staff acted as though the order was annoying because it was so large- a business should be happy for such a large order. Waited for way too long for the order. Then get home, check the order, items were missing. Called the store- staff acted as though I was wrong. Waited on hold for way too long, eventually got told I would get a $10 credit. Weeks later, still no credit. Just go elsewhere, pizza is normally overcooked anyways!!

I don’t usually write reviews. But I’ve given them three chances at delivery and they were screwed up every time. The first time my pizza literally was turned upside down with all the cheese in the corner of the box and I had to rebuild it. Everything cold. Then I didn’t realize it have to meet them halfway to get the delivery as I waited outside of the building. For a 20% tip, I expect they might come into the building and actually bring it to me. I had to leave the building go out the doors to the parking lot to get my cold food. It was really mediocre. Sorry, three times, no more

Jimmy’s delivered 8 24 cut pizzas and 1 gluten free for my grandsons 1st birthday party. The pizzas were absolutely perfect and everybody raved about them. Delivery driver was great and they were delivered at the exact time requested. Very happy customer! Thank you!

A picture is worth a 1000 words here’s 3000. This will be the absolute last time we give you our business. The handful of times I have gone to Jimmy’s the experience seems to only get worse. Even though we are usually the only customers there the waitresses always seem bothered. It takes forever to get waited on. The last time we were here we ordered a extra cheese pizza and they gave us pepperoni and Even though it was their mistake, they still charged me. We thought we would give them another chance but The experience only got worse. We ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and it was beyond burnt. They made us another one that also tastes burnt because they do not clean out their ovens. When the waitress brought it over she didn’t say a single word to us. Just put it down and handed me a plate. No I’m sorry about the burnt pizza we tried to pass off on you, nothing. It barely had any cheese on it and was drowning in grease. The waitress never came over to see how we were or if we needed anything, and the waitress said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to us as I paid to leave. No how was everything, have a good day no thank you for your business, NOTHING. It was the only time in my life I didn’t leave a tip and I still feel bad about it. Customer service is everything. If you don’t have good customer service you will have no customers. No wonder the place is always empty.
