I placed a pick up order of two foot long tuna subs thru the app. The workers in the store had my order ready when I arrived. When I got home to eat my sandwich both my sandwich and my boyfriend’s sandwich had stale hard bread. I have never had a worse sandwich from subway until today!!!! Also no Mayo when I asked for mayo on the subs. I ordered one toasted and one not and the toasted one was hard as a rock you could literally knock on the bread and hear it. The non toasted one wasn’t as bad but it was very hard and dry. Never had this before from a subway.

I called this location 15 TIMES back-to-back and not a single person answered. Straight to voicemail every single time. What’s the point of having a phone number if nobody ever picks up when there’s an issue? If you can’t even answer the phone, you shouldn’t be taking orders you clearly can’t fulfill correctly.
Because of this mistake, I literally didn’t get to eat dinner. I had to give my sub to my little sister and go without. That’s beyond frustrating and shouldn’t happen over a simple food order.
This location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy, customer service, or accountability. If you’re hungry and actually expect to receive what you paid for — do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Completely unacceptable.

Two employees did not greet us when we walked in.. instead they just continued cleaning like it was closing time .. the rude employee I had to get his attention for him to say “hey I’m cleaning right now give me a sec” .. than to top it off he’s not listening to the ingredients that I want on my sub..he messed my order up and I will like to talk to someone about his work ethic the employee name is JAMIEE

A group of us came to this location the morning of Jan 1 around noon. There were a group of us (10) with some catching flights, some driving etc and have had different time constraints. There were literally no other customers at the location to give some context. KIMBERLY the manager (black shirt) was extremely rude, abnoxious and overall not interested in taking care of us. Every request was an imposition! When 2 of us had to leave early and asked to pay for their meal first, she said “you came together, you leave together” – whatever that means. In other words, she could accommodate different checks. Either racist (lumping all of us together) or just inconsiderate!!!!

I only can give a 5 star to the person that was working the night of 10/26/25. Her name is Laura, she was working by herself in a big rush. She was kind, but I felt bad for her looking how quick she was trying to work to not make anyone wait too long. Is inhuman, is very ashame that owners have only 1 employee working on a busy Sunday night making multiple sandwich for customers in the store and online orders. I wish this lady can find a better job that in this ugly place that might be own by unconscious owners. Really sad. Hope my English can be understanding by everyone and do not support this places.

I came here at 1 am for a sub only one guy working. He was in the process of making like four online orders by himself. He had the place extremely spotless probably the cleanest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. There was a Uber eats driver in front of me that didnt know English and the worker was extremely patient with him and helped him make sure the order was right even with a language barrier the subway employee made sure to respectfully and patiently help the driver get the correct things. He was extremely nice to me and made my sub super well. This guy is the sole reason I’ll be coming back here instead of the wawa down the road for more sandwiches. Ive never seen someone at this late at night working with such a positive attitude. I forgot to ask his name but whoever is working tonight 1 am on 12/22/25 give that man a raise.

We drove 20 minutes today to get to this subway, as we thought that it would be better as one in the Walmart. But when we entered all the employees were sitting at one of the tables and seemed to be bothered that guests walked in. Reluctantly they got behind the counter and made the sandwiches. The sandwiches weren’t too bad, but we felt not welcome at all. We were planning to eat inside, but decided to go and eat in our car so the employees could continue their talk, which they did even before we could get to the door.
