The food was amazing, good ol fashion country cooking, and the waitress we had was kind, courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was simply great. The only reason it was a little noisy was it was lunch hour, but you could still carry on a conversation.

A group of lineworkers and myself were in this small town putting some lines back up on the poles after Hurricane Helene came through town. After I paid for my team, an employee (part owner, I believe) expressed to us that our meal would be free due to what we were doing for the town. They quickly refunded me. We were pleasantly surprised. We graciously accepted their offer. Now, obviously, they can’t do this for everyone. But, I have to admit, we felt like they genuinely cared about us. The food was great and the prices were also very good. I don’t come to this small town often, but when I do come back, I will make sure to come back here. Delicious food, kind staff, great prices. What else could you ask for? Thank you again, O’Neals, it was a very kind act. And your rutabagas and fried fish was really good!

Great food and but the usual girl that waits tables wasn’t there and the waitresses seemed very lost all they were worried about was counting their money with the new girl taking up money and texting someone. My wife got up and went to ask for tea after we had been seated for 14 minutes. That is probably under on how long it took as I set it after we were seated and eating from the buffet. If service doesn’t get better more business will be lost. The waitresses definitely need someone to over see their work.

I was not gonna leave a review, but I didn’t even get out of the parking lot. I had to park and run into Food Lion sick to my stomach. The food is cold and Didn’t taste very good. They are going to get people sick serving cold food like that. Pretty disgusting ,waitresses were great. You need to work on their food though.

Went in for lunch buffet January 13 2025. Food was mediocre to be honest. Nothing to really boast about other than it was a buffet so there was no waiting which is what I was looking for at the time. Walked in paid and went to the buffet. Sat down and waited a few minutes for my drink no big deal. More than likely I would not return to this place for lunch.
