Café Sol is pure sunshine in café form! The cashier (Belle) was incredibly kind and welcoming, the kind of warmth that instantly lifts your mood and makes you want to have a great day!
The Blue sandwich deserves its top spot on the menu (seriously so good), and the cookies are next-level. I tried the M&M and potato chip cookie and it’s honestly one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Sweet and salty perfection with the crunch I like!
Bright atmosphere, great energy, amazing food!! if I lived nearby, I’d be here every day 🙂

On our recent trip to Niantic we visited the Cafe at least four times. Food was outstanding; service was super friendly. Can’t rave enough.

This place was pretty busy when we went! The food was pretty good. Definitely good if you’re in Niantic and need a bite to eat. However, the wait is pretty long because there are only two staff in the kitchen and it is pretty pricey. I would recommend the goddess wrap!

Ordered the East meets West pulled pork sandwich with pasta Fagioli and a pineapple coconut lemonade. The lemonade has a surprisingly good twist to it, wasn’t overly sweet. Sandwich and soup came out hot and fresh. Everything was tasty
Cute artwork and quirky signs

Cafe Sol has moved right up the top of the hill in Niantic, where the antique place used to be, and I love what they have done with the place. You come in, menu on the wall. You order right away, or you can sit down with menus and then come back and order when you are ready. Which is what we did. Great selections. Got the tuna melt, the goddess wrap, and the Cuban sandwich. Sat down and waiting to be served our lunch. This is more like a self-serve. There is water there if you need it or you can buy a drink in the beginning. You get your meal, and then you clean up after yourself. Our lunch was delish.

This place speaks for itself upon walking in. Very friendly, very cozy and very helpful. My sister and I came in today and got two sandwiches each. We both got the bacon egg and cheese (one on multigrain and the other on a bagel). The blue and the East beats west with a soup on the side. We wanted to sample how the food is here. The guy at the counter was very sweet and the food took maybe 15 minutes to come out despite all tables being full. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time to sit down and have a good meal with someone

I have been coming here for a while now (since they opened the new location on the corner) and the food and service has been amazing!
As a small business owner myself I appreciate the hospitality and personal service!! This type of service is hard to come by these days.
Great food, great people, 5 stars all day every day!

It’s a unique spot very nice place in the neighborhood you get that mom and pop business . looks like the entire family works here. We Had a bacon egg and cheese, and the muffis are big and delicious. Coffee was ok too much cream. There is a lot of parking . The atmosphere is nice and it looks like a lot of locals come here, so it gets really busy really fast on a Sunday morning.

Cafe Sol is my favorite place to visit whenever I’m in Niantic! They have amazing coffee, pastries, salads and sandwiches! I just tried their seasonal cold brew with vanilla and orange cold foam — oh my god, it’s so good! They have fresh scones and muffins every morning with such enticing flavors (apple brie, strawberry rhubarb, cheddar chive)! Everyone who works there is also such a delight! Cafe Sol always puts me in the best mood!
