Panera, count your days. I just wanted a simple grilled cheese and soup combo. How hard can a grilled cheese be?! Apparently pretty difficult if the staff are this lazy. Instead I got, cheese melted on bread. Literally gave me flashbacks of school lunch. Do better.

I placed an order for pickup. I used the drive through to pickup my order and they said I had to come inside for mobile orders. It was storming outside so I ofc didn’t want to get outbid my car. Setting aside basic human decency given the situation, nowhere on their page does it say I have to pickup orders inside the store (I screenshot it so don’t try adding it later A HOLES). And they wouldn’t give me my money back.

Placed a last minute order for lunch for my job and this location delivered excellent service. I called to see if they could finish the order 30 minutes early, and they got it done in an hour and had such a positive attitude about it! 5 stars! Thank you!

I am not the type of person to write a negative review. But, I placed a pickup order with Panera through Uber Eats, with an estimated completion time of approximately seven minutes. Despite a slight delay due to traffic, I arrived to find my order was not available. Upon inquiry, staff informed me that the order had already been collected by another customer. While I understand mistakes happen, I am disappointed by the lack of verification procedures for order pickups. To prevent future occurrences, I recommend implementing a system to confirm the identity of individuals collecting orders and ensuring that completed orders are securely held until properly claimed.

I took my elderly aunt to Panera on Manhattan today because she absolutely loves it, but today was absolutely horrible. The Gal who took our order was great very nice and professional, however the people in the back were not, First they forgot part of my order, when I asked them about it, they gave me a hard time about it even though it was their fault. They were rude and when my partner came up to the window to ask for some butter they ignored him, when I went up they tried to ignore me as well but I stood there and repeatedly asked for butter to which they gave me 2small packages of butter. The food was also abysmal, the bread was incredibly dry and stale. Part of order was the BBQ chicken ciabatta which had very little sauce, I asked for a little more sauce for my sandwich and told them I could pay for it, again I was ignored. So if you want to be treated with simple human dignity DO NOT go to Panera on Manhattan blvd. these people cooking your food are terrible at their jobs.

I placed a takeout order for a bowl of soup after dining in. I brought the order back because it was misleading. I encountered Michael. I explained to Michael my issues and how the bowl and cup option is very misleading and therefore I would like my money back. Michael quickly told me, I can’t give you the money back and you got what you ordered. Michael also kept interrupting me when I tried to talk. I told him I wanted my money back he looked at me and then at the unopened food and said WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS FOOD THAT YOU BROUGHT BACK. I asked to speak with the manager and he looked at me with an arrogant smirk and said I’m the manager. Michael does not deserve to be a manager let alone represent this company. He was dismissive, arrogant, used belittling tone, interrupting and over talking me, his sarcastic words he used as he attempted to belittle my feelings and concerns speaks to his character as he interacted with me. I told him that I will call the company office to report his behavior and write a google review. Michael said in a dismissive and arrogant tone, ok I’ll give you a refund. This behavior exhibited by Michael lets me know that he does not care about customer service and enjoys a creating hostile and uncomfortable environment. So if Michael treats patrons this way, he is also showing the employees he supervises how to treat paying customers.

My food is always delicious and made well… the staff is a little shaky but I just do drive thru lol don’t have to be bothered in my car ♀️ ♀️ and still receive my favorite items from there. Panera bread is like a upscale fast food place!

️UPDATED ️ 2-28-24: This video was taken during the LAST, BEST-QUALITY experience that I ever had at Panera Bread. All of my recent visits between New Orleans and Webster, TX has been either disappointing, horrible, or unsatisfactory.

I made the mistake of going to Panera instead of Chick-fil-A for a salad. I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb WITH chicken. I get my order and go home (my mistake). When I finally check my order, there was NO chicken on my wilted and horribly made salad. So, I call the store back because at this point they’re about to close. I spoke to the manager, Mark, and he tells me I could get another salad. I go there to get the new salad and I ordered a chicken sandwich for my sister. They take 30 minutes to make the salad and the sandwich then ask if I wanted chicken on my chicken salad. I’m never going back to Panera again. Every time is always a bad experience and it cost too much for a tiny salad to not get what you paid for.
