This location is one the best I’ve ever been to, it is very spacious and each staff member I have encountered has treated me with excellent customer service. The employees are hard working, courteous, and attentive. Fresh food, and you can sign up your phone number to receive texts that have a ton of weekly deals to help you save on costs. This is an easy five star review. Thank you to the entire staff here for their excellent work ethic and communication skills.

My team and I frequent this Moe’s regularly. We are always greeted with kindness and positivity. The food is always spot on, but today’s order was extra tasty. Shout out to Chloe for always looking after us and making sure to deliver unmatched service! Locals won’t be disappointed with the Alpharetta location!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has gone downhill as well as The portions that they give you, portions are so skimpy that you have to buy extra meat. The problem is they skimp you as well when you ask for a second scoop of protein they literally shake it off until there’s hardly anything left on the spoon, previously over years they were not so stingy. I understand costs are involved with inflation, etc. but if you’re going to charge for the extra product, at least give the customer what they paid for. With that being said, I’ve been able to look past that For the last couple years, but with today’s visit, I honestly feel nauseous, the food was absolutely terrible no flavor. The chicken didn’t even look cooked all the way and honestly, I’m tired of the people who now work there who don’t even treat you like a human being, but are too busy associating with each other with a miserable look on their face, they don’t even thoroughly yell out welcome to Moe’s anymore. I have multiple employees of mine who would go here to lunch at least three days a week and they no longer visit this location.

While this location looks new and fresh, it is a mirage. Went to this location which is about a 12 minute drive from our house. Placed an order online which was well over $100, the order was missing a homewrecker which I had to drive back and get, the quesadilla was completely wrong for my daughter and the food overall was not worth the money we paid for it. Moe’s has always been a staple for our family to choose on Friday nights, but this location left us thinking we may try qudoba next time. Sorry Moe’s you have seen better days for sure.

I love Moe’s…but I would skip this location if I had it to do again. The people behind the counter were sullen and disinterested. I ordered a full size burrito and the girl fixing it really skimped on the ingredients…including the queso which I paid extra for. The place was filthy…food everywhere on counters, floor, etc…the drink station as well. Needs stronger management to make sure the place is clean and well run.

From the day I tried Moe’s, i have never looked back to Chipotle. Their food is amazing, specially Steak and Spicy chicken is too good. The chips with green salsa is like next level. They recently added a green creamy sause which is amazing. I normally go with bowl but tried The Stack today and it was Awesome.

Burritos have been consistent good on all our visits. Most of the seating area was clean. I really like the Salsa bar choices. Regular Lemonade was OK. I wouldn’t recommend the Other flavored lemonades as they tasted a little bitter possibly from artificial flavors.

Great experience at this location! Hot and fresh food – queso is always amazing! I get the bowl with steak and cilantro lime rice – very filling! Also comes with chips which is a nice change from being charged extra at Chipotle! Friendly service from employees! Will definitely be coming back!
