I know its my fault going to wendy’s 10 minutes before it closed but I’m just disappointed that I only got half of my order which was only the tender wrap and sweet tea and not the 10 piece nuggets and fries. When I noticed I didn’t get the food the drive through just closed a few minutes ago and i couldn’t ask about it. I wouldn’t be making this review if I didn’t pay $15 for the order and didn’t get the receipt so I couldn’t do the customer survey. I’m not mad but disappointed.

Just picked up food for my family of five my daughter‘s kids’s meal was totally wrong and the only thing she got was a burger. My fiancé‘s food was completely wrong. All of our food was ice cold like it’s been sitting for hours nonetheless it was $40. Can’t get anybody to answer the phone. I guess I should have known better to check all of the bags before I left. Normally, we never have a problem out of Wendy’s, but this is a huge letdown

Just ordered a large combo meal. The fries are hard because they have been dropped 2 times, nuggets are cold. What is the point of giving anybody a large order of hard old fries and cold nuggets. Yall do the same job everyday, same people I see regularly. How is it possible you mistakenly give out a order that is that messed up? Who ever the night manager is needs to do better. I was the only person in line and couldn’t get fresh food. I would rather wait on quality food then get super fast trash ♂️I’m always honest in my reviews, the service at night is trash. The young lady at the window was kind and polite.

Young lady at the window was very impatient, acted like it was a bother when I gave her my phone to scan the app. She went to get change and a young man was handing us our bags, we asked for ketchup (Gasp) and he hands us 4 packs for 4 people and they were disgusting!!! All stuck together, we handed them back and asked nicely for different ones. They really need to learn some customer service skills if they are going to work with the public. We weren’t rude or difficult at all.

Typical Wendy’s meal. It was not a busy time. Our meal was ready quickly.
This looks like new construction. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The outdoor tables looked inviting, but on this relatively hot day we opted for the air conditioning inside.

This was the first time I’ve been to a Wendy’s in a while. I was less than impressed to put it nicely. There were only 2 people in front of me, yet it took 10 minutes for me to order because the kid at the register would take an order, then wait until it was done before starting the next one. The size of the burger(a baconater) was beyond ridiculous. $9 for a burger the size of a mayo packet! I definitely won’t go back.

This store has absolutely delicious food. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the lack of personality from the customer service/drive through employees. They are very bland and usually seem sad to be at work. If I could come through and be handed food by someone with a smile – I would easily change this to a 5 star review.

worst service ever I waited 30 minutes for a small fry and a bacon cheese fry I have 5 years of work experience in fast food how do you take this long for fry’s I seen them drop 5 baskets of fry’s before giving me my order and I was the 2nd person in there and there were 3 cars at the drive through you need to find new employees or shut the store down until you can, absolutely terrible service and I will never come back to this location if I even ever eat at a Wendy’s again can’t imagine how long it would take if i got a meal instead of just fries not to mention i only got a dollop of cheese on my bacon cheese fries
