BBQ Chicken was literally multi-shades of pink and not cooked all the way thru. The BBQ rib was freezing cold not good. The fried chicken was decent Mac and cheese water based. The chicken Alfredo was spoiled it was definitely time and temperature abused. The water and the sweet potato suffle were the only edible items without enduring a food borne illness. This place needs more than help. And when asked for our money back it seems as it’s gonna be a problem. Do not eat here

I have visit in Miami four different times a total of over one month of stay. And within the distance of my hotel, I have decided to go to Golden corral to eat. Now I have been fortunate enough to have the same waitress Mailen. She makes you feel at home when you’re here eating pleasant, courteous all the time very attentive. This girl needs to be a manager.

I’ve been going to the Golden Corral in Hialeah since December 2020. I’m a long time guest at various ones in California.This Golden Corral is the best I ever go to in all the ones I’ve been to.
I came in 2 hours before dinner. The Lunch is always great for the price they charge. The food is outstanding lunch or Dinner
I was taken by my Busser. Her name is Mailen. She gave me the best service I’ve ever gotten from any Busser in past Golden Corrals. And she gives everyone else the same service. She keeps her section very clean and she’s fast to refill everybody’s drinks
Now, it’s August 2025 . I’ve been coming back twice a month since I first started coming to this Golden Corral. Mailen is the best Busser ever, that you will ever find anywhere.

Who is the best Busser I have ever had throughout my years in going to buffets.
The same greetings as last month. She was happy for the review I gave her last month.
I changed up on the food I ate from last month and I had some delicious desserts this time. I love the Carrot cake and they had some nice cupcakes, too.
Please if you want a great experience. Make sure you sit in Mialen’s section you will get great service each time.
Who knows, you may see there eating on any given day you come to try the Golden Corral.

I’m back with more photos. Today,you were able to make your own Wafflesi. And I ate different foods . It’s so nice to try different things. I built my own Cheeseburger. And I had a Salad today, too. I made room for Cupcakes today, too.
I came back today. And I added more photos.
I’m back again at the Golden Corral. I had another great meal. I was able to get a turkey leg , this time aroundu. And they had 100% all beef Hot Dogs, too. Overall another great meal. Check out the photos.

Hey everyone, I’m back. I went back to the restaurant for another visit. To my surprise, I saw Beef Enchilada. Being Mexican American, I love them.
Golden Corral made Beef ones. The beef was shredded. Which is very expensive. Normally you find Enchiladas can be made with only cheese inside. My Mom ( who was born in Mexico). Made them many different ways. But, never with shredded beef.
I loved the beef enchiladas so much I ate two plates of them.
Hopefully in the future. Golden Corral will make different ones with other ingredients. I can’t wait for that.
As always, I sit in Mailen’s section at the Golden Corral in Hialeah. What a joy. I got a wave hello and she cleaned a table for me ( her tables are always full) after people left it.
As she is cleaning the table. She asks ” how I am” and ” what are drinking today”. What great service. All that time, making sure her other customers are ” doing ok”.
Another thing Mailen does. She makes sure you get a Happy Birthday song on your birthday. One special person got a personal birthday cake and birthday song. You could be next on your birthday at the Golden Corral from Mailen and the other Bussers at the Golden Corral in Hialeah.

Wonderful experience on Veterans Day. The staff was polite, welcoming and accommodating. I saw veterans leaving big tips to thank the staff. The food was great! Thank you Golden Corral for your appreciation of veterans.

Arrived for Dinner on a Friday Night. Was relatively early, so waited for 4pm to be able to get steak. So paid an extra $8/person, which is fine. What’s not fine is the incompetence of who they have behind the grill. First, they don’t ask what temp you want, like other Golden Corral locations, they just hand you anything. Was given clearly an overcooked steak, asked to cut to check temp and it was indeed grayish brown. So was then given not even a rare but a blue steak (almost raw). Ended up not eating steak suffice to say. As the night progressed and made our rounds not only did most people have same issue, but it’s also the lack of respect. One elderly man asked for a steak medium rare, now not going to expect someone working here to get temps down perfectly but the man was handed a clearly overcooked rock, asked to be cut and again just a gray brown tough interior, returned and was placed back on grill for next costumer. At other locations there is always a line for the steak. Here completely empty and just overcooked steaks waiting on the side of grill to give to customers. Again, not high expectations for here BUT the food never let us down so bad. Aside from the bread and baked potato and plantain chips, that I don’t think anyone can mess up, everything was over or under cooked, under or over seasoned or ice cold. Except the main attraction which is their fried chicken, can’t lie those are amazing at almost every location.
