This place obviously needs a good revamp; starting with the parking lot. Weeds need to be pulled and lacks some tender loving landscaping. As I entered the place and approached their counter it was clear that they have been neglecting it. Cabinets have broken formidable pieces chipped and completely missing. I waited almost 15 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich-not acceptable. While I waited I went to use their bathroom. Filthy!! I have driven past it several times since my first visit- I keep driving until I see the next Dunkins.

I asked if there was a possibility to get something else in the 5.95 chicken wrap instead of chicken. He rattles off different items. I chose the eggs, cheese n sausage.
Then he hands me.these.little tiny things, not what I ordered. Tutor tots is a bigger meal than these things were.
Never have young dudes taking orders at Dunkin or McDonalds, no capacity to comprehend.

One of the better Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The employees are nice. While I was there this time, I saw a lady complaining that there was a hair on her donut…this is after she sat in her car and literally ate the entire donut except the last bite. Ridiculous much?? But I was super impressed by the employee’s composure and how she handled it.

Inadequate seating for guests, employees have a bad attitude, my bagel is burned with the least amount of cream cheese possible. The owner is lucky because there are few choices for breakfast items in the area.

Donuts are always stale and old tasting. This is every Dunkin’ location I’ve been to, not just this one. Upon research, they apparently ship donuts in daily, so they aren’t made on-site. My son wanted one of the cute little Halloween spider donuts, and I get expectation vs reality are going to be a bit different, but just look at the picture I posted.
Unfortunately we live in a donut dead zone, so our options are limited. The only reason we go back is because it’s close to our house, the kids occasionally want donuts, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent.

I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.
