It’s unfortunate to see this place continue to go downhill since it opened. When I pulled it up I noticed I gave them a 5 star review the year they opened. I’ve since deleted that review in place of this 1 star. Today’s visit will be my last. I called ahead around 2:30pm to ask what lunch specials they have and what time they end. They told me they end at 3pm but I’d be fine as long as I arrive close to 3pm. I arrived with my two sons and was sat at 2:25. The sever came over to table at 2:28pm and I told her which specials we wanted. The response was she wouldn’t be able to get in the system before 3pm so it wouldn’t be honored. She then said she’d ask a manager to see if he would honor. Whoever that was walked over to our table at 3pm and said the system cant do it after 3pm. I call BS. Honestly it’s not about the money. It’s the principle and not doing the obvious right thing. There is a reason this location is always dead and you never see the same employees working there. Good job for losing another customer (family of 5) who would frequent your restaurant. You stepped over a dollar to pick up a dime. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Hickory Tavern or anywhere else. I will never visit this location again.

Ordered 50 Wings. Specified crispy, blue cheese and celery. Drove my own car there to pick up my order. Got home and…zero blue cheese and zero celery. Could it be because I don’t tip when I pick up my own food? In the future I will drive by this place to get wings elsewhere.

My tots taste like lemon in the inside. I called to ask if that was the intended taste and they offered a refund. I dont care about the money I have allergies what was in the tots. Made my lips tingle. I felt horrible for the nice young lady that answered the phone, her manager was telling her what to say instead of grabbing the phone. What was on those tots? It was not lemon pepper, last a checked the was seasoning not a soak. Very concerned
I’ve called the health department. Those potatoes may have had high levels of Solanine which can kill you. It was not lemon pepper. If you at there Feb 20, 2026 please beware.

I want to give this place a 5 star. Not only is their food ALWAYS fresh but the portion is perfect Rico, one of the managers is always great! He know I like my sauces and is very accommodating. This location isn’t ever busy when I visit to pickup my lunch during the week. Makes it very easy to get in and out. I highly recommend this Restaurant. Not only the food but Rico is Awesome as is all the staff.

A good place to go for a dinner with friends or family. The service is ok, only they served us a salad without fork, but in rest this shop is ok. Wings with garlic & parmesan are good.
