I order from this Wingstop on a regular basis.
Tonight, my Uber eats driver decided to pick up our order and not deliver it. I called down to the store and they said yeah someone had picked it up. I asked if they could remake it and we’ll come pick up ourselves. The manager was super nice and didn’t make me repay. I know am sure they deal with angry folks all day so I appreciate their kindness and quick assistance. Wingstop beats Buffalo wild wings any day!

I’ve been to a few Wingstops, in Detroit and Knoxville, and this one was the best one. I was hesitant to go to Wingstop because my last 2 experiences at Wingstop in Knoxville had bad wings, but this one has real good ones!
Food – quality was good. The wings weren’t tiny and actually had meat ! The fries were overly oily.
Service – my order came correctly. The guy at the register was nice and was telling people to have a good night. Inside looked closed, but there was a nice soda machine with large variety.
Overall, very good experience. I’d recommend and I’m coming back.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever ever had at this Wingstop this is usually a great location nice people and great service BUT TODAY . My order was entirely wrong and extremely incorrect. There was no sauce on my wings at all. AND THEY WERE HARD I’m currently on crutches, which is why I did a mobile online delivery order through the app started with a JACK WHO I SPOKE TO A LADY believe it was Today when I called April 24 2024@ 421pm all flats I ordered all flats They REFUSED to credit my order or give me a refund, but kept specifying for me to come up to the store after I said, I was unable to walk IM ON CRUTCHES and said they are well done they SUPPOSED TO BE HARD I’ve worked in a kitchen before AND THE SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD TO THE POINT I CAN THROW AT A WALL OR EVEN CHEW and then proceeded to say there was nothing to do when they credit orders OR REFUND This is the worst experience I have ever had, I am calling corporate on you guys photos of my unsaced wings that were supposed to be buffalo Unbelievable I spent 25-30 DOLLARS AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME CALL TOMORROW AND TRY WITH THAT MANAGER CAUSE IM NOT GOING TO DO IT

Yadyrus I legit love this wing stop. The food is so fresh and tasty. The employees are so nice and welcoming. I love the vibe here. They play good music and the restaurant is always clean. But the thing that stands out to me the most, is the management. Yadyrus is awesome. I had a minor issue , and she fixed it immediately. Also she gave the homeless man who food, gracefully. It’s still good people in the world.

ALWAYS walk in and get it yourself; do not trust this location or their drivers to make sure your food is yours and the situation is handled. They will try to find excuses instead of fixing the issue. Double check what you get from the counter as well.

I went in just wanting to order wings and asked if I could get all flats. The guy looked at me like I was dumb and told me i couldn’t use a coupon, I was showing him the order! He told me the ONLY way you can order wings is if I were to order a combo with fries and a drink—no option to get wings by themselves. I asked again just to be sure, and he hit me with a hard “No.” No explanation, no customer service, just attitude.
How are you gonna tell someone they can’t order wings at Wingstop? Completely embarrassed me in front of others and wouldn’t let me order. Wild.
