Found this bug in my food. Been coming here for years, despite the poor customer service i’ve received more times than I count. This was a convenient location but after this, i’ll go to any other Dunkin before I ever come here again. The solution to fixing this was a $5 gift card from this franchise. It’s really clear the owners of this Dunkin don’t care or know how to run an efficient business.

Without a doubt, this is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The place is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly, fast, and always greets you with a great attitude. My order is always made perfectly, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this Riverdale location if you want great coffee and a great experience. Definitely the best Dunkin around!”

I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but over the past few days I’ve had several disappointing experiences at the drive-thru in the morning. The staff had a poor attitude, my orders were incorrect, and items were missing or charged wrong. When I asked for corrections, I was met with more attitude.
I understand the job can be stressful, but professionalism and good customer service are important. I hope management addresses this and improves the experience.

WORST experience ever at a Dunkin today! My step daughter and I specifically came to this Dunkin’ Donuts for good service drove all the way from Holyoke. Unfortunately when we arrived, we got on a very long line where a female employee began to flip out for a good 5+ minutes on the employees there on her coworkers and that left no food service so that long line as well as myself and my stepdaughter had to leave awful service

I’m a good customer of Dunkin’ Donuts but I’m very disappointed today. Normally, the staff is very good but not today. While placing my order through the drive-thru, everything I wanted, they didn’t have but that’s not really the big issue that I’m writing about, I wanted to say that on 12/30 at 4:00 p.m. at the Riverdale Dunkin, the drive-thru person was not a good representative for the business, as her tone of voice and her arrogance made me cancel my order. I do not want anyone to lose their job but this person needs to be spoken to because customer service could either make your business or ruin your business, just like she just did today, sadly.

I am a cheer coach. We had our final competition today in West Springfield. I visited 4 Dunkin and was turned away by 3 of them. This store had the most kind hearted staff. I asked for a large order. They were shocked! These 4 gentlemen hustled so hard for me and the cheerleaders. Jon took my order with kindness and grace. These 4 guys went above and beyond for me! Exceptional service. And I’m happy to report not a crumb was left and our TEAM TOOK FIRST PLACE. Agawam Youth Cheer runs and WINS on Dunkin! I am so grateful for your hospitality. They all deserve a raise. Asked for a remake because it was too sugary, I would have just remade the drink if I was him but no the worker at the window says you only put this much right? Then his coworker starts talking crap for a whole 5 minutes and being in denial when I just wanted a remake. Could have been avoided if the worker at the window just talked with grace but no basically got cussed out what a pleasure.
