Have never had issues before… The pizzas were fine. Tonight was different. We paid for 2 large pepperoni pizzas and we picked them up. What we got was dry with hardly any sauce or cheese. Disappointing.

Trust the ratings. This place is the worst Dominos I’ve ever been to. Absolute worst. I think it might just be that they don’t eat the food themselves so they don’t know what it is supposed to look like. But, this isn’t it. They need to work on portion control and following the recipe. If you put too many toppings or sauce, it doesn’t cook right. Slow down. “Less is more.” Also, make sure you dry and wipe off your utensils, my last pizza tasted like sanitizing solution. This pizza was barely cooked. They also forgot an item on my order.

It’s dominos so the expectations aren’t high, but the garden salad I got isn’t edible, I don’t think they store them in a cool enough environment. When I mentioned to the driver that the lettuce was brown he just said thank you and left. Pasta bowl was very light on the pasta. The Slippery Rock store is definitely better in all categories.

I’m shocked anyone has negative ratings. We order online using the app from this one quite frequently. We have never had any issues. On two occasions for delivery, we were notified after delivery that they were sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned and put a free pizza on our account. We didn’t even see it as a problem! Trying to guarantee delivery times is difficult when you’ve got multiple orders coming in all the time. Staff has always been incredibly friendly when we pick up. We have been ordering since shortly after this location opened on a recurring basis and have never had a single problem with our orders.

Ordered here twice now. Fist time they got literally everything wrong. Pizza was handtossed even though we asked for pan. Wanted mango habenaro wings. Got jalapeno instead. Second time now we got hand instead of pan. Habenaro wings came plain with a side of icing? What the heck are you guys doing over there?

Went to pick up online order that said it was done and ready, it wasn’t. They didn’t even get the order. I reordered it with an employee that can barely speak or understand English. His hands go from the cash register directly into putting toppings on my pizza that the other non English speaking employee was trying to make with his dirty bare hands as well. I asked for my money back at this point. Do better domino’s, last time this family will order from your business.

Ordered several times and usually pretty good. They tend to forget dipping sauces regularly, 3x for me. Ordered a pizza and it arrived burnt and dried out. They should have never let leave the store.
