Food is great. As far as customer service and wait time…just do yourself a favor and get it delivered. They do not greet you, you get ignored as they push out orders for drivers. I waited 23 minutes before I could even order. All the dashers got their food. But the customers inside, all they had was drinks as their order got pushed back to accommodate dashers before their sitting clients! Even when I asked if this was where we order, she nodded and continued to call nothing but dasher orders out. Do better for all your clients, especially the ones that want to enjoy your food in your establishment! Not just your online orders!!!!!!! Mind you in those 23 minutes I waited to order only one sitting client got their food while 8 dashers walked out. NEVER AGAIN

I recently visited Pollo el Regio on 4228 W Camp Wisdom Rd in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The standout for me was definitely the tostada—crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a perfect combination of savory toppings and a crunchy base. It’s one of the best tostadas I’ve had in a while!
Also, I have to shout out Nelly—the person who helped me during my visit. She was super friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Her service was top-notch and really added to the overall positive experience.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Pollo el Regio. The food is fantastic, and the service is exceptional!

Great food and great quality. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned, and the portions are very generous for the price. The chicken is always tender and flavorful, and you can tell they put care into how the food is prepared. Consistently good every time I come here—definitely one of the best spots around for quality Mexican food and great customer service.

I won’t rate the atmosphere as I went through the drive thru, but location has to be 1 star. I was going to dine in but I thought for sure my car would be stolen. Seemed like everyone in Dallas was just sitting around on other establishment stoops with nothing productive to do. Flautas were delicious. Sides and sauces were generous. Would like to try the half chicken.

The original chicken is deliciously seasoned and slow cooked to juicy flavorful perfection. And, the beans and rice are the best. The rice is fluffy. The charro beans are a perfect combo with rice; add the chicken drippings . The tortillas are fresh made. The drive thru worker was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back often.
