Without a doubt the best BK in Northport. Better than most burger chains since they do get your order correct 90% of the time. The food always seems freshly cooked so no sitting under the heat lamp fries but… you can be the only person in the drive through and no one dining in, and as soon as you have paid at the window you’re going to be asked to pull around to the other side of the store and wait 5-10 minutes.

Burgers for Beast is what I call this place!! Beast is my 68 lbs English Bulldog and every once and a while I’ll spoil him with two cheeseburgers & thanks to the shaft they are fresh with no pickles or onions …

We had lunch and it was not good again. We ordered two whopper juniors with fries. The meat was cold on both sandwiches and I asked for no onion, and there was onion on mine. I returned them and the sandwiches were barely warm. There was an onion on it again after I heard her instruct them to leave it off. We ate and left. I’ve been here on three different occasions and they didn’t get it right any of those times. I will not be back.

Service was outstanding, but the food was wrong and old… Ordered a double sausage croissantwich and one patty was old and dried out like jerky, and the other was only half a patty which only makes you wonder why???

I was basically asked what do you want when I pulled up at the drive-thru and by miracle there was another car in front of me I have never ever in years seen anyone else there. Then I ordered a cone and two cookies and was basically told just pull around…as haughty as could be. I do apologize for breaking your record of zero customers. But you really didn’t have to serve me raw cookies and a cone that really did not reach above the edges of the cone. I’ve let the attitude go before many times but raw cookies really I work too hard for my money to be treated like that and poisoned by you….. And another thing all you’re following questions that you’re asking after these comments don’t mean anything you served me raw cookies.

What a poor excuse for a food place.
It was extremely hot inside when we entered, the central air obviously not work as there were two units running through the ceiling sitting on tables in the lobby area.
Our order was wrong even though the employee read it back to me before charging me. She was the only semi pleasant thing about this place. She was sweet and made sure the order was correct before sending it to the back. Me, my kids, and my nephew all had upset stomachs within 30 min of eating. And oh my god the bathrooms- all though they were clean you could smell sewage back up before Even walking through the doors.

Okay so I drove across town to this Burger King to get my food immediately upon a 2o second wait I was greeted at the drive-thru menu… The lady took my order and I drove around to the window where I paid and she dropped me some fresh fries. I told her about my experience at the other North Port location. She said that they will probably get in trouble for having all the lights on and the menu board open showing all signs that they are open and then waiting so long to greet me at the drive-thru. Whoever owns these Burger Kings needs to get everybody on the same page. The lady at the Northport store either did not have the help she needed or she just didn’t want to serve people food because they lost three paying customers within 15 seconds
