Great subs, friendly staff. Easy parking. It’s a chain but still a great option for a sub in town. The music can be kinda loud on some days but I prefer loud music to hearing the slicer.

Yall! So, I’m in Austin PA and my dude was going to be traveling through Williamsport today and he stopped at 5 guys. Okay cool.. but my question was to my dude.. what are you bringing home to me?! Austin has much of nothing, surrounding towns have much of nothing and my first thought was.. does Williamsport have a Jersey Mike’s!? Yes they do! I immediately did an online order and paid so my dude just needed to pick up! Jersey Mike’s did NOT disappoint! I love a good sammie and this was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! Thank you for making great food, thank you for the online option so one from a little town could enjoy as well! You made my week..! Its been a tough one! Worth the stop x10000! You won’t regret it!

Thank you Jersey Mike’s for helping me with my experience after I had the uncomfortable one before the gentleman today definitely handled the task at hand very good exactly dope people are good today. And I’m sure the sandwich is going to expire so thank you so much for reaching back out this is definitely a better experience today. ( Updated)
Yo I pulled up and ordered food I was created but was called him by a dude I’m a dude but I didn’t appreciate that at all. I don’t have any phobias of anyone or gender but I was caught off guard by that and I wasn’t feeling to happy after leaving. But I hope my food taste better then that interaction thatade me uncomfortable for 1 seconds and changed my whole mood.

I walked into and out of store in a few Minutes.
The Gal taking my order used a pen and wiped her lips wearing the same gloves she was going to prepare my sandwich with so I thought I would wait for the next staff member who picked up food off the floor before she was going to prepare my sandwich.
You may have gloves on but they need to be switched after each sandwich and taking money and touching non food items. The food looked fresh and delicious and I was hungry. I heard good news about the store also so I was very disappointed.

I was disappointed that server didn’t hear me say dressing on the side for “bowl” Food is usually 5 star but bowl was soggy until I got it home and sandwich not freshly made until I ate it 4hrs later.

I hate saying a chain sub shop is the best in town, but this might be the best sub shop in town. They’re quick, reliable and tasty. Generous with the portions, the staff is friendly and prompt. They’re really efficient with take out orders and they’re almost always done early. They’re just really good, nothing negative to say about them.
