I ordered three sandwiches and curly fries for my family. I said, “Could you give me lots of arby sause please? Like a big handful, I was given 4. The curly fries, if you want to call them that, were not good, there were maybe two fresh looking curly fries on the top of all the hard crunchy, whatever you want to call it.

Omg fix your parking lot !!! The holes in the asphalt Is horrific. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant parking lot that bad. If it’s dark, I’d be careful!!!

Ran here for a quick lunch. Found a long black hair in my sandwich, understanding it happens I went back up for a resolution. They stated they were going to remake my whole order. Now another 5min wait I didn’t have time for I asked to just be refunded. As the “manager” Trinity was working on my refund I was handed a complementary free sandwich card and at the same time this “manager” almost scolded her telling her she’s not supposed to do that… what!? She’s trying to make things right.

After observing this I asked for her name and she literally ignored me and turned and walked away. And no one really wanted to give me her name like they were scared of repercussions.

If this “managers” name is actually Trinity, she needs to take or retake a management course.

My son and I had tried the brisket and the other special sandwich pork I believe, there were literally 3 hairs in it! When I called them to ask them which one of their employees was brushing their hair over the food he said man no one and I said what could I speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and there’s nothing they were going to do about it so therefore I told him I would never eat at that restaurant again it was so gross me out!!

This place has gone downhill, access road has dumbstruck size potholes, the floor inside is so sticky that I lost my shoe, entryway mats are extremely filthy, doors and windows greasy dirty, broken interior lamps chairs and booths. AC is always cranked to the max, super cold inside, uncomfortable to eat in such coldness. Very disappointed in this Arby’s location, seems like a big chain franchise should care a bit more about how their location makes their customers feel. One good thing, food is usually OK.

I just had the most amazing customer service here!!! WOW!! I had to put in 25 individual orders for residents at a nursing home and the manager Carlos was phenomenal. He took the time to get my orders individually and bagged them and numbered them which made my job 10x easier. Shout out to Gabe and another girl who helped (didn’t get her name) but they obviously worked well together because the order was perfectly done and I wasn’t missing anything. Thank you so much for understanding what good customer service is.

It’s always something at this place! I’ll give this location a chance once every six months or so, and they always disappoint. Today was no exception. I pull up to the drive through, and a very polite employee tells me that they’re currently out of three types of meat (including roast beef) and a couple different side options. What happened to WE HAVE THE MEAT? Why are you even open? I’m sure it’s not to sell shakes, because their machine is always “broken” at this location. Seriously, this is the worst managed fast food location that I know of. It’s embarrassing…

This use to be the only Arby’s location I would patronize. Now, they have had the same 2 for deal for what seems like forever. I haven’t been since they only offer fish and roast beef with that deal. The price of food also goes up about every week or so. Ridiculously overpriced.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Stupid expensive and the food is always wrong and/or old and disgusting. Gave them multiple chances but after today enough was enough. Find a different store. The one on 21st is typically not bad.
