We were looking for a sandwich or salad for lunch when we saw this delicious hot meal. The meatloaf was fresh and delicious as were the sides. The hot biscuits added to what was a real feast. Cracker Barrel is a one of a kind!

This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at any Cracker Barrel I’ve been to. Highly disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 2 star rating was the professional way the manager, Candace, handled the situation. I was seated during in the dining room where there were 4 or 5 other tables already seated. While reading the menu, my server walked up and without introducing herself asked what I wanted to drink and if I wanted biscuits. Very unwelcoming for a Cracker Barrel. I ordered my drink and biscuits, and when she came back placed my appetizer and entree order. I could barely hear the timid waitress, and began to believe she might be new. After placing my order a table of two was seated next to me. They placed their order about 5 minutes after me. After 20 minutes, with an empty glass in front of me, my neighbors were served their appetizers. My waitress hadn’t even checked on me. 10 minutes later, I started to consider leaving, but thought better of it. An additional 5 minutes pass and my biscuits come out. A few minutes later, my appetizer come out…cold. I get up and ask for a manager. Candace was professional, appreciate the feedback as I explained the issues I had, but said my waitress has been there for a while and wasn’t new. As I was talking to the manager, my neighbors entree was brought out and served. After discussing the issues with Candace, my entree was delivered and I ate most of it, but it was disappointing. The country fried steak wasn’t up to Cracker Barrel standards. My drink remained empty, and my server didn’t come back until she came by to say Candace had taken care of the bill. I left my tip, didn’t ask for a to go box, and left. I’ll think twice before going back.

It was my first time at a Cracker Barrel and I was really impressed. I had no idea there would be so much merchandise to look at, and that was great to occupy our time while we waited for our table.

And even considering it was a Sunday afternoon and a very busy time. We only waited 20 minutes.

Our server was very helpful and the food was delicious.

This was my first time at this location and the server was great. I liked Siani personality, ability to give great recommendations and her joyful smile when she approached us. I should have listened to her advice on the grill/broiled catfish and not got the fried catfish. I didn’t enjoy it to much but ate it anyway.

My mother and I decided to stop in for lunch. I hadn’t been in years. I didn’t quite like the food last time. Sooo I decided to give then another try. This time I wasn’t disappointed. I really enjoyed my food. The biscuit beignets were really good. The sugar plum was a little underwhelming but it was still good. Could’ve been a little sweeter. My mother had the fish and her dish came with 4 nice size pieces. She was able to have enough left to eat for dinner. So portion sizes were really good. Overall I would give them a B+ I would definitely go again

It was really busy, but that’s to be expected on A Sunday late morning. The food was great, it took a while to come out but, they did bring biscuits out for my wait. Great service. Don’t use app check in on weekends they did not check it. Once I walked in, they moved the line right along.

First time dining at this Cracker Barrel location. For a Sunday morning visit, there was no waiting and quick courteous service. Danette was the waitress and she was good. The server who brought the food was very courteous also.

The atmosphere is glad to say the same as it has always been. Warm and inviting with a real wood fireplace. The food was excellent with some great new items on the menu. A wonderful place for adults as well as children.

Sad dirty place with food and rubbish on floor, many tables not wiped down. Staff were tired but tried their best.

Over-processed, over-cooked, over-seasoned bland food. The fried steak came with glue-like gravy, corn with zero taste and mushed up greens that have been cooked out of all its taste and nutrients.

I’m sure there’s a market for such cuisine but did not appeal to me at all.
