People love this place. To me, the pizza doesnt cut it. Its Pizza Hut style, which fine for college students. Their salads are somewhat overpriced for what you get. You pay full price for soda refills, and the cost is high enough to justify free refills.
That said, the pasta dishes are plentiful and their tuna subs are great.

I got pizza, a salad, and a veggie grinder here for the first time. Pizza was underwhelming but maybe I’m just not accustomed to this style of pizza. Salad was a nice portion, but some of the veggies weren’t too fresh. Grinder was pretty good! I don’t think we will be back for pizza, but maybe for grinders. Customer service was fantastic.

I haven’t been to Park Lane in quite a few years, I live in New York City now but I did live in West Hartford at one time and I owned a house in Bethel Connecticut and I used to drive up to West Hartford and always looked forward to one of your pies. The pizza is great. We like it better than most places around WH. But just beware of getting delivery. Do not use the Slice app they do delivery through. This is the second time we’ve had our pizza delayed by over 30 min when using the app. It’s been an hour since we ordered and it’s still not here. Last time we had to get a full refund from the app. If ordering from here, just pick it up if you can. We wanted to give it another chance but we’ve finally learned our lesson.
