The salad was nice and fresh, the pasta was tasty and the portion sizes were generous for the price !
Returned to Carrabba’s to give them a 2nd chance… and even with no expectations, they still managed to completely ruin my visit…
Sat at bar, bartender was nice but overwhelmed… even got bread this time… didn’t even know they served bread because it was never offered during previous visit… but, after 20 minutes was finally able to order my meal… and after 40 minutes was served the biggest plate of garbage… the steak was just thrown on the plate and looked terrible and cold; shrimp was mediocre; sent back and got my plate back 2 minutes later missing some steak, steak now piping hot from the microwave, but everything else ice cold… tried the noodles: so over cooked they were mushy; shrimp was under cooked and clearly defrosted incorrectly and tasted like freezer burn… salad had brown lettuce and more parmesean on it than actual lettuce… absolutely atrocious… they still forgot the utensils, forgot half my friends meal and served him gawdawful, stale, foul bread with his meatballs… way to go… Will never ever ever ever ever ever return even if they threw me free lifetime meals… requested to speak to a manager after food was returned inedible and was told one would come up but after 40 minutes, no manager ever came up to talk to us… eventually got fed up and left… thank God he had gift cards for the visit because I would’ve refused to actually have to pay real money for that trash…

First time to Carrabba’s and the disappointment is palpable…
Bartender was great (sat at the bar)… quick drinks… … then 50 minutes for appetizers to come out, when they weren’t exactly busy… add an additional 40 minutes for dinner to show up…
7oz steak ordered medium rare comes out cadaver gray… sautéed broccoli was steamed and mushy and flavorless; the mashed potatoes look and tasted like off brand clearance aisle expired flaked mashed potatoes with no flavor…
Soup came out on a chipped saucer plate that almost sliced my hand when I discovered it bring the plate to a reasonable distance to actually eat it at…
Buddies eggplant parmesean came out burnt, covered in somewhat sour smelling marinara sauce, large quantities of mozzarella in an attempt to cover the flavor, and the gross mashed potatoes…
It was so disappointing that after 1 bite of each item on my plate I decided to just go home hungry instead of tempting my health with a replacement order…
Bartender understood and cleared 1 meal off the tab…
Ive had better quality food from a McDonald’s than here and I will never return here again…
And if it was a real Italian restaurant you know they’d rather close than serve subpar food and disappointment…
I ordered the chicken marsala with a side of pasta and a salad. Everything came out hot and looked fresh, and the portion size was definitely worth the price. The chicken was tender, the sauce had good flavor, and the pasta was cooked just right — not overdone like it can be at some chain spots. The bread and oil at the table were also a nice start to the meal.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server checked in just enough and kept drinks filled, which I always notice. The atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, good for a casual dinner without feeling too loud or rushed.
Only reason I’m not giving five stars is that the food, while good, didn’t completely wow me. It was solid, consistent, and satisfying — just not unforgettable. Still, it’s a place I’d come back to when I’m craving Italian and want something reliable.
