I have never in my life seen a pizza completely soaked in a pool of grease. It’s like they poured it on there’s so much. Absolutely inedible. I went in to ask for a remake and the girl rolled her eyes at me and didn’t have remotely good attitude. The people in the back were loudly having an issue with a remake. By the looks of it they have several remakes consisidering the pile of pizzas their creating. I would guess it’s on purpose so they can bring free food home. Lady in the back told the girl in the front to just add it to the pile over there. I worked at Domino’s when I was younger. Screw up and unclaimed pizza you can bring home. Seem their doing the same but this degree I never saw before. Never seen a pizza made this bad. There also not putting the pizzas in the pizza portal. You have to wait on them to hand them to you. The second attempt was no better. Its absolutely disgusting. Starving and thought we’d get some pizza. If its like this now I’ll never go back to Little Ceasars again. It’s pretty sad this was a good location before. It was one of my favorites. Not after this experience. Ordered at 8:39pm 9:22pm is when I got the remake. An hour wasted for no edible food. Instead we just want to puke from even looking at it. Appetite and hunger disappeared and is replaced with complete disgust.

This is the best Little Caesars location I’ve been to in my life! I ordered ahead and the pizza was fresh and ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly and made sure I didn’t forget my drink. The pizza is great but the way they do crazy bread here is perfection. It’s not over baked, but soft, fluffy, and flavorful. The buttery aroma filled my car immediately; I couldn’t help but eat three of the breadsticks on the way home. My compliments to the team!

I was in a rush to get home for dinner. I called ahead to make sure they had cheese in the hot and ready. I got there 10 or 15 minutes latter, and I stood in the line. While waiting, I immediately noticed the lady at the cash register appeared as if she would rather be somewhere else besides working and earning a living. When it was my turn, I asked for a cheese from the hot and ready. She turned around, opened the warmer behind her and said we only have pepperoni. Then she stood there as if she was done with conversation. I explained that I just called and that most likely I talked to her and I was told that had cheese ready. She replied with the same response, we only have pepperoni. And at that moment, I thought myself, that if this person has any sense of customer service, she would follow with for example: ” would you like me to make a fresh one, it’ll be ready in a short time” . But no she stood there awkwardly silent… I had to ask her if she’s going to tell the people in the back to make some more cheese. Anyway I got my pizza after instructing this person to ask the crew in the back to prepare some more cheese.
I don’t know what it is, but I noticed that finding good help with decent, not necessarily great, communication skills is like finding a needle in a hastack! I feel bad for small business owners.

Couldn’t believe my gf had never had or even heard of a Hot n Ready pizza from Little Ceasers before. Crazy Bread either! Needless to say she was well pleased with my suggestion. She was getting a bit hangry at that moment so I had to think of something quick! Pizza was hot, but not ready as the person in front of me got the last one. It was well worth the 10 min wait though.

First time customer. I just finished bowling up the street from this location. I ordered through the app. Drove to location. My order was perfectly done right, looked like it should look, not thrown together. Should of took a pic while it was in the box. Slices were good size and uniformed. The lady with the Auburn hair was nice and called me by name did not have to punch in code.

Don’t do a custom order at little caesar’s. Bixby ignore everything and just make it one way. Paid extra for extra toppings asked for it not to be cut and it’s the same pizza and I could have saved money by just ordering it how they regularly make it. No, attention to details. Guess the pizza’s cheap So there’s no reason for them to get it right

Placed an order on the app. I noticed when I got home they left out an item. I called and the manager said there is no way to refund an item and I should’ve checked before I left. Horrible service and horrible way to run a business.
