What a secret treasure! Delicious home cooked Polish food that is hearty, flavorful, and authentic. Only open on Friday nights at the moment, but the menu features classic dishes and a specials sheet. Everything we ate was delicious.

Bar with imported Polish beer and N/A drinks.

It’s inside the Polish center, down the stairs. I don’t know about ADA access. You might need a reservation because tables filled up fast. To dine in, you must pay $1 for a membership day pass.

Total hidden gem…..like nobody expects a restaurant inside the Polish Community Center. This area is also very residential.

Service is on the slower side. You also have to pay a day membership to dine there. Bring cash for membership fee. This place is quite causal.

There is a bar in the corner of the restaurant and you can get a variety of drinks. You order at the bar and not with the waitress.

Food was delicious. I added mushroom gravy on my dish and so glad I did. The gravy was quite flavorful. The platter is probably a good choice to try a little bit of everything.
The two lagers we got were a good pairing.

Food is pretty okay. Schnitzel was excellent, golubki was amazing. Pierogi were good.

Down sides: The bigos was really heavy on kraut. Kielbasa was more a smoked sausage you’d get at a hot dog place. Borscht had cumin in it.

The worst part? The kraut was marinated with bell peppers. Who does that?

Dessert blueberry pierogi were highly mediocre. Not much filling at all. Dark chocolate shavings do not go well with it at all.

Crepe was pre-made and reheated in the pan. Burned only on the bottom…

The service is also very slow. 2hrs from the time we sat down to the time we left, with the restaurant not packed at all. We ordered 4 dishes plus 2 desserts. Desserts took about 25 min to come out, which is weird considering both should be pre-made.

Looked like only one person in the kitchen?

Also lots of people being turned away without reservations. Recommend making one in advance.

We ordered there daily special soup and a couple of other dishes off the menu. I have to say the food was incredibly delicious! The soup had just the right taste that made me and my wife want more in the future. Definetly recommend this place to anyone!

Such an unassuming gem! I’ve had Polish food before but it’s my first time at a sit down restaurant, and man was I blown away. My partner and I absolutely enjoyed the stuffed cabbage, the pierogi and the kielbasa. The borscht is very interesting and tastes different from anything I’ve had

We got the hunters stew, with the polish platters as our main course. Sebi salad and pickle soup for starters along side pan-fried perogies. We came here with the knowledge of the polish listed fare being what it is known for. And we were not displeased. The restaurant was SPOTLESS, staff were nice and proper balance of social and leaving you alone. It reminded me of all the food i grew up on. We got polish apple pie and blueberry perogies for dessert. The Okocim beer and rose of warsaw are delicious beverages.

Took a friend there today with his 8 month old baby. So far the baby prefers sweet foods to savory….until his experience at Sebi’s Kitchen. The little one fell in love with the food and just couldn’t get enough of the meat pierogis and Vegan Bigos.

Get the Schnitzel Platter! It’s got a good taste of their signature items. I’d order it again. Minimal service staff, but didn’t feel ignored or rushed on a busy Saturday. Figuring out when this place will be open is not an easy task. This was my first visit, after months of trying. Call ahead to ensure they will be open on the night you want to go. Days/hours of service listed on Google, their website, and menu differ, and they are often closed for special events, vacation, etc. That said, I’ll be back. I live a block away and wish they were open more days… or that they would sell some of their items (perogies, stuffed cabbage, smoked kielbasa, etc.) in bulk to be warmed up at home. Good stuff, just limited hours.

Amazing, home cooked comfort food of the German and Polish origins. Portions are huge, costs are low. You really can’t go wrong – it’ll all be amazing. We ordered the Jager Schnitzel and Gypsy Stew for our dinners – both delectable. Their sour kraut is different and really tasty. For dessert, the tiramisu is a MUST!

Walking down the stairs of the polish community center into the lower room, I didn’t know what to expect. We were immediately greeted by smiling, warm faces and a fun vibe. The bar tender cultivates an awesome polish beer selection. We ordered a number of things off the menu and each thing was better than the next. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
