I wondered why this restaurant became worse than before but I figured out when i went to the store to get a pizza. We order one of the special posted at door of a pizza with 3 toppings and 10 pieces chicken wings. I found them charging me extra plus giving me an order pizza with 3 toppings 8 chicken wings and some kind of round bread. When i asked why my order was wrong I was told by the rude lady in the back they dont give 10 pieces of chicken wings only eight and that the special at the door or old and no longer valid. I advised her their sign should be taken down as thats false advertisement and she ignored me. I advised everyone who goes there to check your orders to make sure your not being over charged for what you didnt order and that your order is complete and what you asked for. Now i know why they cant keep workers at those location.

Grabbed a couple pizzas on the way home and Melissa took care of us and she is such a sweetheart. The store was clean, the food was fast and it tasted amazing. 10/10 recommend this location!!

I order a delived thin crust lastweek it was sexy and prefect and today I order again they got me these pizza and the manger said that’s thin crust I don’t know who the manger is but bro pls google it what is thin crust pizza looks like ! I called up there and thought they forgot something of my order and the manager kept cutting me off with an attitude so I raised my voice and said can I look at my order first. And had the nerves to hang up on me. And tell me what and what not to do. Will NEVER go back. Hate I spent $43+ there.

This Hungry Howies is poorly managed and owned. I attempted to place an order and pick it up, last minute decision as I was near. I was ordering a meat lovers pizza and I asked for them to substitute using extra of one of the other meats as my husband does not like pepperoni. I have never had an issue with this before. They wanted to charge me extra even though we would not be using pepperonis. I was just sure they did not understand me and kept wanting to charge me extra. When I arrived I asked the lady I had talk to in the phone, you didn’t understand what I was asking did you? She said you said you wanted meat lovers no pepperonis, I said yes but I wanted more of one of the other meats to compensate for the pepperonis I was not getting but paying for. I then asked to speak to the manager. I asked to pay for the pizza and they would not let me as I waited for the manager. The manager came to the counter, I started to explain and she said we don’t compensate, I said oh okay, I’ll pay for it. She says we’re not dumb and I made a face like, what? Followed by a sound of really, meaning I can’t believe she said that. I said I didn’t say that and she said yes you did by your sound. I said I’ll pay for my pizza, to which she replied nope I’m canceling the sale! I could not believe it and asked for her name and she said nope and turned her back to me and leaned against the counter. How childish! Keep in mind I have been doing business with this store longer than that manager has been alive, she looked maybe 18 years old and clearly acted that way too!
I called the headquarters and they said the owner would call me back in 48 hours, I’m still waiting 2 weeks later.
So needless, to say I will no longer do business with this store or the company. They employ people that do not know how to treat the customer, they do not care about their customers, lie about their protocols and charge way too much for their product.
Happy ending to my story though, called my regular Papa John’s Pizza and they delivered the perfect pizza with no pepperonis on a meat lovers with extra of the other meats to compensate for the no pepperonis! It didn’t cost me anything extra! As I am a valued customer with them!!

I called to place an order, the manager was VERY rude and wouldn’t help me. So I came to see if I can just place it in person, when I walked in the first employee to greet me was a roach on the window and another by the counter to order (love it) then I asked to speak to the manager so I can avoid speaking and causing problems with the employee that answered the phone come to find out the manager was the one who answered the phone. Straight up told me to get out and that she’s not serving me because I asked for the manager. What lovely service. I never wrote a review before because this isn’t the first time I have an issue with them but i give them the benefit of doubt and today was just not the day. Cleanliness and professionalism 0/10

Usually don’t have a problem with this location. But yesterday I bought a pizza then had to place another order for a friend ,I had to work a night shift so I figured I would get a pizza and have it for work …I didn’t check it till I dropped off the friends pizza and they both looked like Xtra cheese mine was supposed to be 3 toppings so I was gonna go back today and get it remade but apparently they can only remake mistakes the same day screw whatever you have going on in your life it revolves around their hours of operation. Good thing my life isn’t destroyed over losing 15 bucks .this will be the last time I trust a place I frequent…tip check your order everytime

It only gets one star because it doesn’t allow you to not give one. But I asked for a set of wings and they said by law they run them twice and this is how they was served to me. I always get wings here you can’t tell me wings are supposed to look dried and burned . Plus I waited for an additional 15 minutes and these are not just cooked wings.
