Food:
Overall the food was faultless. Sometimes the fried onions at restaurants can be mushy or overly greasy. The Bloomin’ Onion here was perfectly cooked! It was evenly breaded and fried just right. No mush and not dripping with grease. The bread was fresh, the salads were very nicely plated and looked and tasted fresh, and the entrees were as expected and steaks properly cooked per our request. The fries and potato were delicious and just right. My wife said the ribs were very good and she liked the barbecue sauce. The steaks were a little too ‘peppery’ for us, but that’s a personal preference thing, and I think that’s the Outback seasoning style for their steaks. The coconut shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall we couldn’t fault the food.
Service:
Our server was fairly attentive and checked on us once after the entrees arrived. He responded to our specific requests and was polite and professional. I chatted to a staff member about Google reviewing and had a nice conversation. The manager also smiled and said goodbye.
Atmosphere:
This was a rare quiet meal – we’ve been here before when it was busy. Due to our timing it made for a quiet treat. The restaurant appears clean and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had no issues parking, but I have been aware in the past at a busier time that parking can be challenging.
Based on this visit I would return without hesitation.
This place honestly sucks and sells the most terrible cuts of meat. So tough and underweight, see my pic for the evidence there. Legitimately badly cooked, poor cut, tough and trash steak.
Hit Longhorn or Jessie’s, the price isn’t that different but you can actually enjoy your food.
The service was wonderful. Our waitress was Megan and she was great. As was the rest of the staff.
It was my nephew’s birthday and they brought out a birthday dessert but never checked to see if he had any allergies and there were nuts in it. He did have a minor reaction but stopped himself when he realized so all is well it ended well.
We received an email 6 mins before the delivery that the food could not be delivered. The delivery person took off with out food.
We called outback, spoke to the manager and they said they would take care of it. They said they would try again. Food never made it. We called outback again, they said they’d send a staff member and never did. Spoke to the manager. Sage said she’s reverse the transaction since they got their money back from the delivery company.
They never did. We disputed with the bank and outback had the nerve to state that they delivered it. The delivery person signed, and ate our food and we never got our food but got slapped with the bill. This is fraud.
On November 28 this event happened. This is disappointing because we eat at outback at least once a week.
