Waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes for “fresh fries”. Got the fresh fries and that was only thing good out of that location.
Whopper was stale. Bun was hard.
Lettuce, tomato and Pickles were all wilted and Soggy. Not even close to fresh. Chicken nuggets were stale, hard and at best, room temperature.
Drinks, Coke & Sprite, were both flat and served with very little ice.
The quality of food from Burger King in general has declined over the years.
9 times out of 10, the food sucks.

Quite possibly the best Burger King food I have ever eaten! Burger was cheesy and delicious, fries were hot and perfectly crispy. Would highly recommend!

Not only did they screw up my order, but even after I said nicely “hey, I ordered X but got Y,” the drive thru girl puffed up and argued that I was SOL because “I confirmed the order with you”. No “Oh Im sorry that got entered incorrectly, let me fix it,” just straight to wanting to argue over their mistake. I’ve never really had unpleasant interactions with fast food employees, so that experience took me aback. Embarassing to say the least.

I just want to thank the manager Jordan here at this location. I was having a bad day but the customer service patience and understanding received from Jordan especially after a long day was beyond what I could have expected. I was having card issues and he didn’t rush me or get annoyed and was more than understanding. & the food was hot & fresh! Def worth the wait! Thank you Jordan!

The last two time I’ve come here the AC was out and the other time they only had 2 employees in the restaurant. They apologized for the wait and conditions, but they were so friendly and the food was delicious! Only problem was that there needs to be more employees or the employees already there need to be paid more

Service was fast and helpful but the food quality is horrible double bacon croissant and get literally 2 small pieces of bacon cut in half, had them make a new one and still pretty small i would like to have some bacon flavor in my meal

Worst experience ever. Went in with my 2 kids to grab something quick. No line inside, so shouldn’t take long. I waited 20mins before they started handing me food, but then they tell me they don’t have any breaded chicken sandwiches, so now not only did I already wait forever, now I have to wait for my food to be replaced….there is no ice in the coke machine, my fries were under cooked, they only had 3 people working, the food sat in the warmer forever, so naturally the food is getting dried up with hard bread. Disgusting. Horrible, don’t come here

I was completely shocked at the lack of service from the lady taking our order today. Maybe they were low on staff but that is NO excuse to rush the order. She didn’t even care if we wanted to add more items to our meal and told us to come to the 2nd window where we completed our order in person after waiting our 5-10 minutes. There wasn’t a line a head of us so I have no idea why they seemed so busy or uninterested.

This place is horrible! Wrong order, mashed fries, trash bags and receipts on the counter, two dumb asses wrestling in the bathroom hallway, not clean, and the signs showed a burger, no longer available. Whatever happened to standards? It’s worth a few more miles to go to another fast food restaurant.
