My brother recommended we stop at Noah’s Bagels – Elk Grove while we were passing through town, and I’m really glad we did. Even though the store was busy with a steady line, the team handled everything efficiently. Our order came out hot, fresh, and completely correct — which is impressive during a rush.

I was a little disappointed that my usual everything bagel was out of stock, but I decided to try the French toast bagel instead — and honestly, it more than made up for it. It was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. It ended up being a hit not just for me, but for my whole family.

What really stood out to me was the lead working at the time. David and his crew were on it, and he went out of his way to include my kids in the process — talking to them, making them feel involved, and creating a welcoming experience even during a busy rush. That level of attention really impressed me.

If anyone has had a bad experience in the past, I’d encourage you to give them another shot. David and his team are clearly stepping up their game and working hard to make every visit a great one.

We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in the area.

Was so excited to visit this newer, Noah’s bagels location. My dad and I went this morning and we got two sesame seed bagels toasted with cream cheese and a chocolate chip bagel. First off, the Customer Service girl was extremely rude. Acted like she didn’t want to work there, and being in Customer Service myself that was pretty off-putting. But the worst part was the bagels were super dry, the dough did not taste like the famous Noah’s dough and there was no cream cheese on our bagels…and I don’t even think they were toasted. Talk about that and the $13 price tag for all three bagels, we will never be coming to this one again. You’re better off driving the extra mileage to the Roseville or the Folsom branch. You will definitely get your money’sworth at those locations. This one is a dud.

Always loved Noah’s bagel so I was very happy to see one in Elk Grove city. This newly establishment was very convenient and loved the variety of selection from something simple as having a bagel to having a salmon Novia bagels too breakfast with bacon and eggs bagels. I will definitely come back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Noah’s Bagels location. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and when I politely informed an employee, another employee immediately mentioned / insisted the ticket said something else—without acknowledging the inconvenience or even offering a simple apology. Her tone came off as irritated, and I could hear her speaking sarcastically with another employee about the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as if I had done something wrong.

When they remade the sandwich, it was still incorrect. I went back inside to request a refund, and I could clearly see the two employees whispering to each other. One of them even shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care and walked off to the bathroom. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking.

This is completely unacceptable. Noah’s should train their staff to treat customers with respect, take responsibility for mistakes, and provide basic customer service—starting with an apology instead of attitude. I will not be returning, and I want others in the community to be aware that this is the kind of treatment you may receive if you simply ask for your order to be corrected.

First time visiting Noah’s NY Bagels. The atmosphere is insanly busy. I was given my order with an item missing and had to walk back in. The bagels are definitely delicious but I think that ordering ahead might be the best option. Not yet convinced, if I would come back.

Finally able to get into noahs have been excited for it coming to EG. Sadly i was dissapointed i hope I Can offer Some constructively criticism
Standing in line the customer pointed out to crew that a fly was inside the bagel case crew said they know and they were waiting for a covering? Ordered lox on a plain bagel was told out of red onion thats ok it happens but when i open sandwich i saw it wasnt neatly made
The lox tomato capers were just sloppily placed and dont you usually cut the sandwich in half unless customer says no?
Ill come again in a couple of weeks and hope its better otherwise ill have to drive down to fairoaks like i have been

so disappointing, I love Noahs bagels, but these do not taste like Noahs. No classic Noahs aroma, no classic Noahs taste…just tastes like white bread. Been there several times hoping they had gotten better, but they have not improved.

Love Noah’s bagels ! But this branch not sure why the taste and quality is not the same as the Roseville, Broadway and the Bay Area locations! Was super excited to have one close to home only to know I still have to travel out of my way for GOOD authentic Noah’s bagels. I thought maybe just because it was the opening day and it would get better but tried it 3 different times and just not good, as the weeks continued. I asked the manager what was the different and just stayed not all the branches carry the same product which I beg to differ since I’ve tried most branch’s and never had a bad bagel! Bagels tasted store bought and not warm or fresh do going at 6am.

I was so excited for Noah’s to open in Elk Grove (real bagels, yay!)…but this location has been disappointing over and over again. I’ve given it so many tries hoping it would get better, but the service is terrible- getting your order wrong and not caring (each time I’ve gone in). And the food is either under done or bland. This is the worst Noah’s location I have ever been to.
