It’s a fast food building that you can tell has been there a while if you know what I mean. Rating it as a Wendy’s and not against other fast food places the food usually comes out “okay”. You aren’t likely to get piping hot fries or anything like that. The staff is pretty friendly though but they don’t seem to keep their staff very long.

This was the second Wendy’s I stopped by tonight. The first one closed all their machines down early. And this one said they were out of product so they couldn’t make the item order. Wendy’s is becoming a place of terrible service. You’re already price gouging people, When they can go eat at places like red Robin cheaper. At least you can do is be open during business hours, Have your machines running during business hours, And have all your products.

I love Wendy’s but this location is terrible. The staff is unfriendly the restaurant was dirty when I asked if they could clean the tables so my family could sit and the guy never came out. I waited 30 minutes for my food no exaggeration. While I waited to be attended they ignored me the whole time and when I asked for my food they said we already gave that sandwich out. And I told them I never received it. 4 different families left because they were waiting in line and they were ignored. They started telling everyone on drive thru that they aren’t taking any order right now? Who are they to make a business decision like that they have 5 employees and that’s enough to take care of business. A lot of missed sales.

I tried the SpongeBob combo yesterday. The best part was the Pineapple Frosty – 5 out of 5 and you can buy it separately. The only other part that’s different from a Single Combo is the sauce. I liked the sauce.

Was told It was a charge to get ranch or any sauce for that matter that isn’t ketchup for my fries that are $12 alongside a burrito. $12 and you can’t give me a singular ranch cup without an Up charge???

Great food great service I was the only one in the restaurant that night. I got a double stack with extra onions an extra tomatoes the chef was kind enough to even grill my onions. Then I had to bake potatoes they were tripping with butter and sour cream. Oh my goodness had I had known my tummy I would have ordered that same bill of fare again. Had a great conversation with one of the young men working there I thought going into the service and getting his engineering degree. I was very very happy to eat there on Friday August 9, 2019
