Our servers were amazing, beautiful, very helpful and patient.we spent about 70+ before tip but we both ordered alcoholic drinks and an appetizer ,a but pricey but food was on point and service was top tier. I will never get delivery again from Olive Garden. They partner with Uber Eats but you can’t get notifications on the app it’s on a separate thing. So when our order was running an hour late you can’t file a report through Uber Eats. I texted my driver quite a bit and they said they had gotten lost.
That would have been fine but our food arrived in a broken bag with most of the soap split all over the containers of the rest of the food we had ordered. Our dessert looked like it had went through a washing machine. Our driver had told us they put too much food into one bag but that doesn’t make sense for how everything got tossed around and leaked on. Im guessing initially the lid wasn’t on properly for the soap but the rest of the contents being that mishandled and the bag.
I called the restaurant and they sent me a $35 gift card which only covered half the price of my food. I would have preferred a refund. I only ordered delivery because I’m sick and I was craving soap.
Unfortunately I can’t rate the driver as it wasn’t on the app and I prepaid for the tip so I couldn’t adjust it either.
3 stars because I’ve eaten there before and it was good but this is a warning for delivery.

Even though it was busy, there are ample tables and our party of 3 wow sat within 5 minutes. Our server Christian was very attentive, we had our drinks within a few minutes of being seated and he checked back every few minutes after thst to make sure we weee ready to order. Food came out tasty as usual. During our meal he csme and checked on our drinks and whatever else may have been needed at least 3 different times. Had a pleasant dining experience. We were able to conversate at a normal volume, being as crowded as it was. You’re not seated right on top of other tables. Check out is done at your leisure with the table top system. I would go back and recommend this place for an intimate setting or a family night out.

My wife and I truly enjoy going to Olive Garden, but tonight was a major letdown. We walked in and were seated immediately but the expectation of things going smoothly wasn’t happening in the area we were seated. Our server came to the, took the drink and disappeared for a good five plus minutes and when he returned with our drinks, he then asked if we wanted any appetizers before we ordered and I asked for ‘ fried mozzarella,’ but when the appetizer arrived it was fried lasagna! I don’t know why but I didn’t say anything at the moment and he took our order at that moment as well. My wife ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs along with both of us asking for soup and bread sticks instead of salad, should have ordered the salad because when the soup came out it was wrong!. The chicken gnocchi soup was missing the gnocchi and my wife’s soup wasn’t even close to what she asked for, and suddenly out of nowhere he brings our dinner before we could even finish the soup. So within the span of 9 minutes of sitting down, we had our (wrong appetizer, our wrong soup, and oh yeah, our dinner was wrong too!).. Everything we asked for pretty much fell on deaf ears and by the end of what was called dinner, we were completely over it and to add to it, he never once tried to take our menus back so we had to keep moving menus around the table so we could eat what was actually correct and that would only be our drinks, Dr pepper and a tea. Will we go back?, yes but we’ll make sure it’s at someone else’s station.

7/2/25 7:30 pm. I’m not sure why this place has a waitlist because it certainly not needed. Why anyone without a coupon would choose to eat here is a mystery.

To the bespectacled hostess graced with shoulder-length straight black hair, an amped-up hyper-kinetic march and a blank countenance completely devoid of warmth, I simply must thank you for setting the tone prior to seating us. It is now extremely unlikely I’ll ever return for excessive heaps of sodium (unless it’s a sweltering day and water retention is my goal), clanging dishes, unhealthy and unavoidable noise pollution and of course your brusque demeanor to boot. I found my one and only visit to Olive Garden consistent with my previous nonexistent impressions and expectations.

The portions are liberal and so is the sodium. I’d recommend the cuisine if water retention is the purpose of your visit. The food is served in one of two ways: very salty and extremely salty.

I was unaware that eggplant Parmesan required deep frying, and then covering it with warm marinara, and of course, salty mozzarella.

That being said, the eggplant Parmesan was tasty, and the spaghetti marinara served as part of the dish was passable.

My companion ordered a make it up yourself or have it your way dish which contained a white, not quite Alfredo sauce with mushrooms, somewhat reminiscent of a lightly accessorized can of cream of mushroom soup. The three medium sized meatballs were moist. Whether they contained pork or beef, remains a mystery. This dish was tasty and of course, liberally laced with sodium.

The noise is an assault on the ears. Everything and everyone is loud. Plates are not placed on the table — they’re clanged down in front of you and literally not figuratively tossed into the busser’s cart as witnessed by my eyes and ears. By the way, the busser’s cart remained in the front of the house near the bar for quite some time. Our server, who did not appear part of hearing, had difficulty understanding a patron of unknown Eastern European origin. To bridge communication gap he proceeded to speak louder of course.

At this point, I was longing for the bar as Initially suggested by my companion, not because I needed a drink to sedate my auditory nerve endings, but because it was an oasis of quiet and calm as opposed to the U-shaped area we were marched to after I asked not to be seated directly across from a large table, when there were at least five or six empty ones. At that point clearly we were on punishment as the seat the hostess chose was directly under a speaker blaring 1950s Frank Sinatra which failed to drown out the table over the half-wall next to us or the obligatory screeching child who no doubt was also on punishment. On the way out, it was clear her ire was not reserved for hapless patrons. Her colleague asked her if she whether she was willing to seat another group as there were suddenly four or five groups waiting (why they chose this establishment I will never understand, perhaps there were discount coupons crushed in palms eager to grasp a menu?). She replied she didn’t want to, but she would do it anyway -under protest, barely disguised of course.

I skipped my usual bathroom tour, which I save for the last so it won’t disrupt my enjoyment of the meal if insects or other undesirables are lurking about. I am pleased To report so did not see any hint of that. Well tbh I didn’t enter the washroom after I saw strategically placed garbage cans, full of used paper napkins, and rolled up rubber mats right behind the door. At that point it was enough and the evening needed to end.

The food is really good every time we come. The waiters in the restaurant area are good some even great, but the bar area is a different story. Our waitress was really nice but she was just bad at her job. She didn’t give us silverware with our food so we had to go find her and ask for it. She never refilled my drink, she didn’t refill my dad’s until he went and found her and asked her to. When it came time for the check we had to go find her again and ask for the bill. I don’t know about you but I don’t expect to have to hunt the waitress down 3 times during one meal. We will definitely never sit in the bar again

A positive diviating (family) restaurant with good healthy food and their unique ‘Never Ending Pasta’ concept, with the parma cheese personally grated over our pasta’s at our table. I was really thinking where’s the catch / the snag, but there are none. Therefore make sure you’re hungry when going to Olive Garden.

My man EJ took care of us when we dined in.
There was a wait with the kitchen but it was worth it for fresh food.
I could have easily ate an entire pot of the chicken and gnocchi soup. It was SOOOOO good. It almost made me regret getting chicken alfredo type good.

Everything was fresh and well made.
