I went to buy a chicken burrito and chicken bowl, and only got 1 sauce. Burritos look skimpy compare to other chick fil a stores. Most of the times I come they got my order wrong. The time before this they forgot a chicken burrito. Don’t believe the hype about chicken fil giving A+ service. Well at least not this location. I’ll be treating this location as a MacDonalds where you have to check before pulling off because they always messing up.
FYI the parking lot was empty, and drive thru only had 2 cars including me.

They can never do it right. i’ve been back 3 times. Today i ordered breakfast at 10:28 and i was in line by 10:33 they said they don’t have breakfast anymore. and they couldn’t complete my order. Then they said they could. Then i didn’t even get what i asked for. I got a chicken biscuit instead of the bacon egg and cheese. I can’t even eat my breakfast because i can’t eat fried things. Last time we came my dad had a problem with his order and he tried to get it fixed and was mouthed off by employees. I’m really tired of crappy service. I really enjoy chick fil a. I wish they had higher standards for their employees. Do better cfa.

We are so pleased to see a Chick-fil-a close by, and it has a playground! Which is a rare treat at most Chick-fil-A’s now. Our dinner experience at this location was delicious and quick, the employees were courteous, and the entire place was clean and tidy. We have been disappointed lately at other metro locations, but we will be back to this location often!

Just went and did a mobile thru order , service was amazing all the way around like normal I’ve never had a bad experience at this store ! Also i don’t know how it happened but thru my order I won a gift , and I wanted to say thank you to the whole team , it’s the little things that can really make someone’s day! Keep being amazing !

Danese was amazing!!!! So friendly and so patient!!! We love Chick-fil-A!! The food is always great!!! The service is always beyond great!!! She is a great ambassador of your restaurant!!! Sweet, friendly, has a great smile and made us feel welcomed in!!! We would post pictures of our meals but we devoured it!! Everything was correct and the placement of everything was neat and organized!! Hortencia was great and helped us with things we needed!!! Thank you our new favorite Chick-fil-A restaurant!!!

Brand new store, just opened. My first visit was awful, very disappointed. Service was slow, chicken was undercooked and rubbery, waffle fries were stale and chewy. Terrible quality for CFA, especially being a recently opened store, where most are at the height of quality. Will go to other locations where the food is consistently better quality in the future.

Been there 3 times-just recently relocated from Texas-1st time was fantastic for breakfast-2nd time for breakfast got home and was missing 2 hash brown orders-had to drive back and all I got was “I’m sorry”-3rd time was lunch today and was redeeming free chicken sandwich-asked for spicy and was rung up for full price and was told after the order was rung up that couldn’t get the spicy sandwich with the free chicken sandwhich-never had any problems with the Texas Bailey Boswell location-they were all about customer service-with over 40000 reward points I guess I’m just use to better customer service-will try this location a few more times as it’s close but expect better service instead of 1 out of 3 visits being good.
