I ordered jalapeño poppers and a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was divine. The jalapeño poppers are the cream cheese filled kind. They are split in half and lightly breaded. Mine were cooked perfectly crispy, and the peppers would break instead of pulling out whole when you bite them. There were so good I went back and got more that night, too. I stole one of my friends mozzarella sticks – they were of the same quality. Service was great.

Not gonna lie, this is the best Arby’s we have ever been to. The food is fresh and delicious every time, the staff is exceptional and the place is fairly clean to be a fast food chain restaurant. The best Rueben around, especially for the price and they always have the best fries!

I went through drive-thru around 10:00 p.m. I ordered three meals and I only got two drinks. Paid. Gave me my two drinks then they pulled me up. Said I’ll get the rest later. Waited about 10 minutes then someone finally came out. Then when I got my food and got home the sandwiches were completely wrong. Didn’t get either of my sandwiches correctly when I tried calling three times. No answer. Phone kept ringing. Never had a bad experience before. All I wanted was my right sandwichs.

We stopped for lunch and tried the crispy fish sandwich and it was very good and tasty , the service was fast and curious. The price point was fair at 2 for $6.00 and the curly fry’s were hot and delicious. We will stop again as we like most all the sandwiches they offer.

I ordered a Half Pound Beef ‘n Cheddar Combo for dine-in. I went to get sauces while the order was being made. Most of the sauces were empty. The dining room was vacant, but I had to walk around looking for a half clean table to eat at. I retrieved my meal and discovered that when sitting down to eat, the sandwich looked like some kids’ meal (obviously not anywhere near a half pound). It did not have any cheddar on it either. I checked my receipt, and I had definitely ordered a Half Pound Beef ‘n Cheddar Combo. I lost my appetite then and had no desire to go to the counter to request sauces and wait for the sandwich to be corrected. You would think with an empty dining room and empty drive-through, a simple order would be correct. I just decided not to eat and walked out. They obviously don’t care about checking to see if the order is correct. They apparently don’t care about the cleanliness of the dining room or checking to see if sauces are refilled either. Maybe if the employees spent less time hanging out smoking on the side of the building (which is obvious from the smell) and having to run in when customers arrive, something would get done and be correct. There’s obviously no need to waste my time coming here anymore.

It’s clear from reading all of the other reviews on here that the employees here need replaced or trained with basic customer service skills. Everyone here, including management, needs to seek a new line of work because their attitudes are abysmal. I can’t believe that ownership is allowing this to continue and for the business to be hammered into the ground by people who couldn’t care less about their job or the customers they’re supposed to be serving. No greeting. No thank you. No customer service, period. The gentlemen cleaning the floors were the only people who were friendly. I’ll never return to this location. Terrible…
