Ordered bday cake three weeks before pickup. The cake was completely different from the picture attached to the order, also got called same day of the pickup that red velvet wasn’t available, literally the day of?? I had to pick a different flavor and I wasn’t happy with the taste at all. It was cheap both in price and quality. The design was ok, but I’d take your luck somewhere else.

Ordered a cake and cupcakes a month In advance of my event only for it to be COMPLETELY not what I ordered, from the design & color everything about it was just random and horrible, I asked for a pink and brown cake with pink drizzle and a picture on a 2 tier cake, instead I got colors I didn’t ask or approve of and they didn’t even add the picture. The manager was very rude as well.
