The pizza is awesome! But while we waited for our take-out order, employees were making fun of customers and what they would say to them in vulgar terms. The manager on duty was participating and laughing at the behavior. When I made a report, it was brushed off. We won’t be visiting this location any longer.

Worst pizza I’ve had since I can remember. The pizza I ordered at 5:42 pm got delivered to me at 7:18 pm. And it was disgusting. When I called the manager was unhelpful and unapologetic. Will not be ordering for myself ever again and I suggest you don’t either. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this you should try to do better because you did a bad job tonight.

and manager I spoke with this evening I forget the name unfortunately ,
but ordered pizza for my brother,
manager answered any questions I had regarding confusion, and offered to make it up if needed.

However order arrived everything was explained, very happy with the service and kindness and reassurance regarding order confusion,

We ordered sandwiches tonight and over a hour and half the food arrived. It was cold and my sandwiche was burnt. I called the Butte, Mt store to talk to the Manager to let him know about my dissatisfaction he hug up on me I called back as was put on hold. Not only was my hot sandwich cold but it was burnt. I will never again order from the store in Butte, Mt and highly recommend no one else order from them.

I’m only giving 3 stars because as much as I love their food, it seems like they NEVER get our order right. I mean by now my house has to be in there system with a side note “people always complain food is not right”.
For example, tonight all but one pizza was good. Tell me does this pic of a cheese, extra cheese, half pep, look good at all. Half the cheese was on the lid.
