Do not go here during evenings…staff is completely undertrained…only person there in drive through and they had me wait to make an order for 5 min. Finally made my order and the person bringing it out was short and unprofessional making me feel as if my order was a inconvenience..then get home just to open the order up and its completely wrong and missing big items..and I tried calling 4x and no one answered…take your money elsewhere and save yourself the disappointed…everyone of the staff working at 6p.m on dec.11,2025 should be fired.i give negative stars but it wont let me

I went to order a 2 for $7 beef and cheddar and a crispy chicken well for one this is what my chicken sandwich looks like in the picture and for 2 I ordered a $5 honey BBQ boneless chicken box and they gave me buffalo barley even on it and covered my fries with buffalo sauce which im allergic too so thank you Arby’s. The lady had the worst attitude she could at lease smile maybe act like she knew how to do her job. Worst experience ever never coming back
