The manager lady with glasses is so extra and rude. I can not stand her at all. She makes the experience horrible. Will not trust her employees and I’ve seen her yelling at them multiple times. Came to ask why i was at the window while the sweet employee was making my coffee. Then rudely said okay and slammed the window just to walk off. So rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. But her employees have always been sweet and nice.

The girl with pinkish hair is amazing! My whole family complements her every time we pull away. When we see her in the drive through, my husband, dogs and I know we will get great service! Always gets our orders perfect. I go there every day and never has it failed a day she is working the food and coffees are perfect. Always so nice and inviting! Great experience, she needs a raise!!

While dining at this property, I witnessed a manager aggressively screaming at an employee in front of guests during active service. This occurred while people were seated and eating, making the situation extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for a public dining environment.
Watching a manager lose control and verbally berate an employee in full view of customers was shocking and unacceptable. This behavior showed a serious lack of professionalism, leadership, and basic respect. Any issues with staff should be handled privately, not through public humiliation.
The incident completely disrupted the atmosphere and negatively impacted the overall guest experience. It raised concerns about how employees are treated behind the scenes and whether management is properly trained to lead. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole and is not something guests should ever be exposed to.
I would strongly urge upper management to address this conduct, as experiences like this leave a lasting negative impression and make guests question the standards and values of the business.

The atmosphere here is awful. The woman with short grey hair and glasses is very very rude to her employees. Not only was she cussing at them and saying that if they want written up then that’s cool, she was also very loud about it. You could hear her yelling at them from the lobby. Instead of getting orders out she yelled at her staff in front of the customers. I feel really bad for her staff.

While this is the cheapest place in town to get coffee, the staff is awful. Understanding they have early hours and sometimes long days they can at least be a little bit friendlier to their customers. This is always a downfall of this location as it makes customers not want to spend money here. I guess you get what you pay for…

Employees all three times I have been in have been rude. Overheard an employee screaming at a drive through customer to shut off their music as they drive up. Donuts are left out seemingly until they are sold since the ones I have gotten were stale.

This location puts out decent food and beverages, but I went inside this morning to order because the drive thru was backed up to the road. Inside the staff were working hard but the manager stopped what she was doing to come chat with another customer whom she clearly knows. She loudly told a very unprofessional story of how she fired an employee for sitting down. The staff seemed unhappy and I felt bad for them. She doesnt seem like a person people like to work for. Very inappropriate conversation to have not only in front of the employees but other customers. She could have been helping clear the drive thru. Shameful.
