I really want to love this place…I really do. But it seems every time we dine here there’s always some glitch or inconsistency.
Not ONCE have things been normal. We’ve experienced:
Undercooked food
Missing food
Wrong portion size
Wrong drinks
Overcharged for something we didn’t order
Undercharged (almost$10) for drinks
And been outright ignored.
Now, I know we’re not best friends with the owner and we don’t drink a lot of alcohol but it would be nice to be treated like their ‘favorite’ customers…not just sluffed off in the corner.
The variety on the menu is great.
The location is really convenient.
Just wish the service would improve…but we know it won’t.

Saturday night special of prime rib or steak and my friend and I ordered a special! $19.99 plus tater and salad…cooked just right on both items and OMG! Will definitely be there again!!
