Food is phenomenal. I had an amazing experience dinning in, the food was fresh, tasty and even generous on the servings. Place was full of people, staff was very friendly, I enjoyed the platters that I had, I totally recommend this place , its got s pizzeria section and a dining section in the back, i will be coming back again. Parking is street parking but not impossible to find parking.

Very disappointed with my visit tonight. It was freezing outside and I was really looking forward to hot, fresh food, but everything I ordered was awful. Nothing tasted fresh or well-made, and the food was barely enjoyable. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays in business because what I received was nowhere near worth it. Extremely disappointing experience.

This was one of the worst pizza places I have ever ordered food from. Order was late, which I would have not cared much about if the food made up for it. Unfortunately, it did not.
They sloppily threw everything inside a paper bag instead of putting it in a small pizza box, which made everything wet and soggy. My slice was inside the same bag as the garlic knots, and the slice was just thrown in sloppily.
The least of my issues: The garlic knots had an option “Extra sauce for additional charge,” I chose that option. Yet, I didn’t receive any sauce whatsoever. Not the one it’s supposed to come with, nor the extra sauce I paid for.
The slice was ice cold and the cheese was hard. The garlic knots were stale and tough to bite into. The eggplant parmigiana hero was on stale bread. There wasn’t even any cheese inside the actual hero, it was all along the side on the outside, but it doesn’t even matter because the cheese smelled like sour milk anyways.
I usually try to give 2-stars if a restaurant has any kind of redeeming quality, but this one doesn’t.

First time here and the food was good. Place is a bit small if you bring a big party. Love their tartufo especially in this hot weather.

This place has been around for years for a reason. The food is amazing and they make the best oven dishes, particularly the baked ziti. They have exceptional customer service and have gone above and beyond for me when I needed something. There are closer pizza and pasta places to me, but I always make the extra effort to go to Napoli.

I’ve only gotten delivery here but like it a lot—especially their white bean pasta fazool. It tastes more like a bean soup than an Italian dish but has such a good savory flavor. I’ve ordered it delivery twice in a week !

Great authentic Italian food at a decent price. My wife has been eating here for more than 10 years and she still says it’s the best pizza in town.
The waitress was very kind and welcoming. The place is usually packed during dinner service but we’ve never had to wait to be seated.

great pizza restaurant, very cozy on a lower level, service is quick and friendly and the food tastes homey. prices are very fair it helps provide a cute but casual date space that wont break the bank 🙂
