Ordered a Venti sized coffee this morning. After getting home through the drive-through, I opened it because it felt light. Nearly halfway full. Should’ve just saved my money and bought a grande. This is ridiculous. You pay money and you expect to get the size that you ordered not a half full cup.

Was excited to try the double berry iced matcha but I’m pretty sure they forgot the strawberry syrup and it had about a spoonful of raspberry cold foam on top, so it pretty much tasted like grass. Very disappointed with this location. Best Starbucks is on Stanford way, they know how to put cold foam on top. They made me an awesome Dubai chocolate matcha at that location.

Me and my family recently came here for coffee. The coffee was watered down and tasted old. Service was horrible, they acted like we weren’t even there. Coffee was overly priced, and it seemed like a scam since it didn’t have any taste. Poor service, drinks, and staff etiquette.
Only good thing is that restrooms were clean and available as the Cafe.

Little disappointed in the Cinnamon Caramel Nitro; it wasn’t even cold??
Pretty weird. (We didn’t realize until we drove off. )
Then, I got a Java Chip Frappuccino and it had no real coffee or chocolate taste? Like there wasn’t syrup or something?)
This is a local spot my kids go to weekly and maybe it was just an off day.

I asked for a blended mocha. I got a hot mocha. I said “blended please” … She came back with a hot venti mocha. I explained I wanted it cold and blended .. she came back with a blended coffee (no chocolate), gave it to me and shut the drive threw window in my face! I’m sorry I tipped you, hope you have a better day tho.

This Starbucks store is my favorite in town. Customer service is always so polite and cheerful. My drinks are always perfect and taste amazing. Its the only store that makes my drink perfect.

This Starbucks is great! The store manager I believe her name is Danielle helped me out and she was such a delight and caring, got my order fast. The staff was respectful, store was clean. I highly recommend coming to this Starbucks!
