NICK is VERY Rude and unprofessional…11/20
I ordered snackn bacon I assumed it came hot, due to the fact I’ve never had it cold before. I asked .. is this suppose to be hot? Because I’ve had it hot/warm before.he decides to fling his had kinda like a shun and advised the other employee to give me a refund. WTH!! He lucky I was in a good mood this morning and the other staff warm it for me. I stop at this location often but after today . I’ll go to the next stop on 395 ad will advise my colleagues to do the same. Happy Holidays ..

Hubbie and I stopped for a quick breakfast after a 1800 mile trip We were hungry and tired. This Mobil station has a subway and Dunkin’ Donuts inside and we decided on Dunkin’. The coffee is so amazing. We were greeted by Jefferson who took our order and prepared our coffee ☕️. So cordial he is. He prepared our food to perfection. Upon leaving of course I dropped my coffee feeling awful and angry I went inside and ordered another cup. Jefferson remembering me ask me what happened bc he just served me. I was hesitant to admit how clumsy I was but I did. We laughed it off in good humor and Jefferson says,” It’s ok I’ll make you another.” And he did immediately. With no charge. Thanks Jefferson for your peoples’ empathy and desire to work in an area tht can sometimes be difficult. I salute you. Awesome customer service. #JEFFERSONDESERVESARAISE

Very loud music. Lisa waited on me. I ordered 3 bacon snacks and was told I could get two. I looked puzzled. Then the girl said I can make you another but it will be hot. Ok? Why would they be a problem?
I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
I think it’s great to have this at a rest area but the employees need to be a little nicer.
I mean after all I am a paying customer .
I think DD all over need to stop putting so much ice in the cup so you get 1/3 of the med cup of coffee. I’m not paying for ice.

The man behind the counter was a magician/ artist with our coffees. We’ve been so disappointed in the past, but this guy was amazing. Flavor was outstanding!!! We even went back for a second round before heading home.

It’s garbage. Manager is disrespectful to employees and she doesn’t take health situations serious. She doesn’t answer employees when they try to tel her that they won’t be in. The store was on fire before and it took a hour and a 1/2 to reach her. If she can’t handle this job then maybe she should be replaced. She’s not reliable at all. She’s too busy not caring about her employees and too busy sleeping

Worst part is the service. Get them into shape. Bagles are always hard, small n rubbery. Ask for crm cheese n y barely get any. One star because i like the cold brew ice coffee at all dunkins….if they crew listens to how i want it made. Cantebury one is the worst crew!!! Ill go to bakers dozen. U get what u pay for there and u get it right and better hospitality. No punks there.

This franchise of DD is generally clean and the people seem friendly. If inclement weather, I’ll order through the drive through lane, otherwise, going into the shop is significantly faster.
