Came here for my birthday 2025 took me and the family food is excellent portions and fresh. Love the restaurant atmosphere it feels like you went somewhere because it was so cold had to wear a fur coat this day. The cheesecake I took home and enjoyed it that night in bed watching my favorite show. Only one part it’s the fact that when my party of four got over shadowed because a big party of 10 came causing the waiter to loose his focus. I quickly got that back. No matter how big or small your party is you are deserving of good service!

First time here. Immediately was impressed by the floor to ceiling windows. was nice to be able to see the city from a story up. Our waitress did ok. She was attentive and polite but she moved quickly so had to track her down if u needed anything. No complaints towards her tho. My food was amazing. I got a Filet cooked medium well and it came out perfect. On the other hand my boyfriend got the asian chicken and rice and it wasn’t to expectations. overall we had a good experience and will most likely be back again. just dave ur money with the asian tai chicken (not sure the actual name of it)

I love this place. I am a sucker for their cheese cakes. They are heavenly. Now, coming to food, chicken pot stickers are usually good, but this time they were too tangy, but that’s alright since they’re always consistent with their quality, spaghetti was good, Tiramisu cake was amazing.

Something felt off about this place. We went on Sunday after the game, and there was no one inside, which initially seemed like a good sign. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. Our forks were dirty, and we noticed that many of the utensils didn’t appear clean. That might explain why another reviewer mentioned getting food poisoning.
When our cheesecake arrived, it was tilted. The waitress apologized, but the plate had been touching surrounding surfaces. There was also food splatter on the floor, which we pointed out to the staff, but nothing was done about it. Overall, the cleanliness and service were disappointing.

If I could give this Cheesecake Factory 6 stars I would. Now we travel a lot and have been to at least 15+ different Cheesecake Factory restaurants and this one was by far one of the best. We always get the taquitos and we were stunned by the portion size. Our compliments to chef, they were fantastic. All our food was delicious and we had the sweetest waitress, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

My first time at a Cheesecake Factory and I had a fantastic dinner and phenomenal service! I was a big fan of the fried zucchini, but I opted for marinara sauce instead of ranch. The Skinnylicious salad was seriously amazing! It was a huge portion big enough for two people. They also have lovely patio seating with a nice view of Center City.

Since we were already in Center City, it was pretty much dinner time and we know they have a kid’s menu, we decided to walk over to this Cheesecake Factory to eat. Service was the best part of during this visit. From the host greeting and seating us immediately after we walked up, to our server who was very friendly, helpful and on point throughout the dining experience – she was good all around. The food was ok and didn’t really have us that excited, so these aren’t options we would probably get again. It could’ve just been a fluke but, next time, we will just stick to menu items that we know would satisfy us based on previous experiences. Upside: our little one most definitely enjoyed her chicken tenders and fries – can’t go wrong there lol.

This was an unfortunate series of events, that has led me to no longer want to walk into any Cheesecake Factory. My friends and I went to KOP do some shopping and Cheesecake Factory. We were there to celebrate, however we weren’t aware that our dinner was about to be over before we could even meet our server. We walk in and are told that there is a 15 minute wait. We wait for about 5 minutes then are called up to be seated – we were happy and hungry! We wait at the host stand with NO communication for 10 minutes. As we are waiting there the manager on duty who called our party’s name (I believe Amanda) was complaining to a coworker about her glasses fogging up. After she was done with her rant, she calls up the next table of four (we are still waiting to be seated) and they get seated before us. Maybe they had a reservation? Fair if explained to us. We finally get seated after that table gets seated. One from our party asks the young guy (Jordan) why that table was seated before us if we were called before them. His answer? “Well if you think it’s because of your race it’s not.” We were in shock. And he continued “this isn’t the first time that we’ve been accused of racist behavior” my friend responds and says that was Jordan said was totally unacceptable and that she would be speaking to a manager. He responds with “yeah I figured. Go ahead”. Needless to say we leave the restaurant and process everything. Go back in to speak to a manager – which Amanda walks up (the woman from the beginning with the eyeglasses rant) and I’m not sure how but makes the situation worse. By deflecting that her mixed boyfriend receives racist comments all the time and that she was recently in Mexico and knows how my friend feels because she was the only white girl surrounded my Mexicans – and offered to treat my friend to her meal. We all declined that “generous” offer. The next day I call and speak to Mark the general manager. He said he was already aware of the situation because of notes that Jordan and Amanda put in the system. He apologized and said he would contact corporate to find the appropriate punishment. He even went as far as saying he would send a gift card for a “night on them” which we never received. Overall disappointing that in 2026 not only a young server but also a manager can’t handle a simple question or resolving a problem. We were VERY disappointed because we were excited to eat and even took orders for cheesecake from our family members since we don’t live close to a Cheesecake Factory.
