I e-mailed Popeyes about this but got no reply after weeks, so I presume they simply don’t care.
I have come to expect long wait times at this location because I am often asked to “pull forward” and park at the drive-thru. This visit, however, was far beyond the usual. We waited roughly 45 minutes before I finally went inside to check on the order. The staff seemed irritated that I had come in at all. An associate then hurriedly assembled the food, brought it out without saying anything, and forgot the drinks. When we returned to request the drinks, he was visibly upset and handed them over with the same attitude.
Unfortunately, inaccurate orders have also become common at this location. After checking the bags, we discovered items were missing. As we walked back inside, the same associate confronted us outside near the entrance. He immediately accused us of being wrong about the order, insisting that he packed it himself. He refused to fix anything and told us to talk to the manager.
Inside, the manager told us we would need to bring the entire order back in so they could verify it. After inspecting the bag as slowly as possible and going line by line, she initially claimed everything was correct. Only after another review did she acknowledge that – eureka! – two items were indeed wrong. They finally corrected the order.
When we got home, the first item we opened contained a hair. I have a photo documenting this.
In total, we spent over an hour trying to get our food, were repeatedly spoken to in an unprofessional and confrontational way, were told we were wrong even when we were not, and ultimately received food with a sanitary concern. This experience was unacceptable at every level.

Hands down the best service I’ve received at any Popeyes! The lady taking my order was so sweet and polite. The chicken was hot and fresh without me having to ask, and everything was delicious. 10/10!

20240330 The young lady at the drive thru tonight was great, polite and nice. The fried chicken was delicious. We have Popeyes back home, but there’s something about eating Louisiana fried chicken in Louisiana. Lol I got the fried chicken for one of my pups; the other won’t eat it. She ate all 3 pieces! Minus the skin.

I just came from the drive thru at 11am; and by far the best service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Those ladies are killing it!! First time I’ve been upsaled a large meal, and I’m happy to have done it!! If you want the best service, come to this location; you won’t be disappointed.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. I come here quite a bit to feed my team at work. I usually drop at least $200 per visit. I order online and set the pick up time for an hour later. I still usually have to sit in the store and wait for at least an hour. Today I came in an hour after ordering and they haven’t even started on my order. This is gonna take a while. The food is always great though…. whenever you finally get it.

Driving in from work I am glad that I looked on G Maps to remember that Popeye’s was on Highland. I hate drive thru and it was a blessing that I went to the counter. Garrick served me well with conversation, accommodations, suggestions and great customer service! I enjoyed his positive personality. The food was hot and tasty when I got home.

Very rude, they took two other peoples orders while I waited for them to take my order. Them on the third, ask me to hold on, while I had to listen to her conversation about her cusin. They need to concentrate on the customers rather than gossip! I’m done with Popey’s, I’ve added them to my black list, not to be in a pejudust way, If they don’t care about their customers, any better
than this, they don’t need to be in the customer relations business. Not satisified!!!
