We heard about Papa’s Tapas from inKind. We had never heard about this restaurant before. We had a wonderful meal here. I love tapas and Papa’s Tapas did a very nice job. We had several small plates. Calamari, Plantains, Octopus, Brussels Sprouts. Our server Leonardo made our visit a positive experience. We will be back.

The ambience is perfect like your transported to Spain. The service was excellent. We went on a Friday night and were able to get a table inside with no problem. Alejandra our server was excellent. The food was delicious. My only issue was the mushrooms. It said garlic and white wine sauce, but for some reason, ours was very spicy. I saw a little red shredder too in there. It looked like a hot pepper. We ordered the meatballs, the seafood mix, but I will say the calamari was chewy/overdone. Everything else was delicious and oh by the way, if you have room for dessert, you have to get the tres leches. Heavenly. I do recommend Papa’s tapas and I usually don’t put anything negative but those were the two things that I personally did not prefer. We will go back for sure!

I can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. The food was great. We had the mushrooms, montaditos, the bread with the tomato Delicious. The salmon was oh my goodness and those black beans on point. So much more to try! The prices were reasonable and we can’t wait to go back for the paella.

I loved this place, food was really good, yes the paella takes a while but that’s the main sign that it’s the real deal. Before that, we had tapas and a pitcher of sangria which is served in this ceramic bottle. The atmosphere was very nice, place was buzzing, server was great. Highly recommend

Food was decent! Service was a bit slow, considering how quiet it was! I felt the tapas options were a bit limited, pricey and not as flavorful as I would have expected. Tapas are usually more on the quick, small bites- and from my experience, usually they’re lower priced so that you can buy more than one tapas dish!
We also bought the meat dish, which was amazing tasting and beautiful, but kinda disappointed that it came with only half a lobster tail, 2 scallops, etc. I think that cost between $70-$80 on their tapas menu.
I’d come back again and maybe just get an entree rather than tapas!

Great selection of Spanish tapas, both hot and cold plus some nice Spanish dishes including paella which takes 1 hour to make. Tre was a great sever.
Went on a Saturday night, mistake, much too loud and noisy. Been here several times before when it was much more enjoyable with the noise level.
I tried the Fried Calamari, lightly battered calamari and fried vegetables with aioli
Sweet Angels and the Cazuelita, shrimp, scallops, calamari, mushrooms & chorizo sautéed with garlic, olive oil, and white wine, both were very good.
My wife ordered the sweet plantains wrapped in applewood bacon and drizzled with a butter brandy. Also the Meatballs Andalucia, meatballs made with beef, mozzarella, dates and almonds served in tomato Pisto sauce . Also very good.
Definitely something different than the normal except of for the noise level.

I have been to papa tapa multiple times from dining in to take out. First off the staff is incredible from Lorenzo making sure I have what I need to grace making a hell of a drink. I love the open area to see the fire from the chefs. When I was there Saturday night my wife and I got the Pulpo, Gumbas, and the pulpo la gallega which were all fantastic. Highly recommended this place. Can’t wait to come back again.

Everything tasted so good!! The seafood platter was chef’s kiss, the calamari was
Great. The lamb… plantain… EVERYTHING!!
I am giving the food 4 stars because of one specific reason (in my opinion) it was too salty. Just like when you adding spice(hot peppers ) in the food, you have to be mindful of every single person that will be eating it, to me Salt is the same.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that the food wasn’t great. On the other hand, everything was cooked to perfection tasted delicious, but the salt was also a lot.
I would definitely recommend the place. The paella was so good that I had to bring it home. But also on the other hand, I would ask them for less salt next time when I visit

Kylie was so sweet and an excellent worker as she dealt with the surplus of people as result of plane cancellations back north. Clearly was busier than usual by alot and she handled it with grace and made sure all of us (us included) felt taken care of with warmth and professionalism!
