Negative stars. Fire this ignorant, unprofessional, clueless individual who was unprofessional and has no regard for service. In drive thru line atleast 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Finally got to window, no acknowledgement, just filling orders in plain sight with one person waiting in-store. After atleast 5 minutes ask politely can I get my coffee (I ordered a large hot w/ French vanilla). Her response “When I finish filling this order.” Ask for Manager and she said none on duty, let her know how unprofessional and ignorant she was and she closed window on me. I pulled in front, went inside and let her have it. Would not share name. Pulled out camera to take Pic of her (attached) and she waved….Manager and Dunkin Donuts Corporate….fire her immediately! Further, get some guidance and direction from the likes of other fast food chains dealing with drive thu service with volumes much higher but get it right (i.e. Chickfila). This is a recurring issue at almost all of your locations….Shameful and unacceptable! BTW, no apologies and never got my Coffee.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Peachtree City all the time, and they are the only location that consistently makes my drink exactly the way I like it. Layla is usually the one who makes it, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about doing her job well.
On one visit, there was an issue with my drink, and Layla went above and beyond to fix it without hesitation. Her attitude and customer service were outstanding. Dunkin’ Donuts—please make sure you keep her. She is truly a gem. Thank you, Layla!

I had an absolutely lovely interaction with two young lovely girls. Aliyah and Sophia were very helpful with my order and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the rest of my morning. Although they were super slammed and busy, they went out of their way to make sure everyone in the lobby was taking care of. other workers were there but these two were on top of it. I kindly asked for their names, and told them how good of a job they were doing. I hope they are getting the pay they deserve! they were the best.

Only customer, two people at counter, neither spoke to me when I walked in and neither wanted to wait on me. The one guy who did wait on me didn’t know what a cinnamon roll was . The “director” came out to help him and was rude and combative. Order was wrong and I tried to tell him, but he kept insisting it was correct. Got home and had the wrong donuts, just as I had told him. Went back to get correct donuts and he argued with me, won’t be back! I think some in-depth customer service is needed here!

I usually always go to Foxtail (overall amazing) but when my child wants a donut we will stop by Dunkin. The last time we came by we never received service so we just ended up leaving and going to tasty donuts (a few months ago) today we received service in the drive thru and it was extremely unpleasant. As a customer service worker myself (waitress) it’s unacceptable to do these types of jobs and hate it because the attitude reflects. Two stars for the food because my child liked the donut (surprise) my espresso drink was nasty and a waste of money. The girl at the window when they finally came to collect my money literally just said the total, nothing else. This location is pathetic. To say the least. Here is a picture of my shaken espresso…. watered down and the taste I’ll give a 1/10.

I got a hot matcha latte today. I usually get a large but there is alway so much missing from the cup that this time I got a medium hoping it would be full. As you can see from the images, I was wrong. What am I paying for? How is it okay to hand a customer half a drink they paid full price for?

This store has improved dramatically over recent months. There was an extended period where in-store was closed and you could only order via the drive-thru, the store would be closed early, and poor service meant pruduct quality was all over the place. Service can still occasionally be inconsistent, but the pruduct standard has normalized.
