I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a couple of years because…it’s not healthy. Traveling and wanted something that wasn’t a bother. We both ordered personal pan pizzas. It was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had in my 40 years of eating them. Very little cheese, but the worst part was the crust. Usually folks eat all the crust because it’s delish. Nope. It wasn’t a pan pizza. It was compressed almost like it was undercooked. I’m not sure what was the problem. It was awful and I left half of the crust.

Staying at a local hotel and this is the only place local that delivers. Called got disconnected, called back placed my order. And it came quickly. I did order a Diet Pepsi, was told they were out. No problem the had Pepsi zero. I said fine am got that. It arrived and I took a sip, it was flat. It had expired 3 months ago.

I had checked in to a nearby hotel and this Pizza Hut was convenient. My mistake! I have never witnessed a restaurant run like this one. I was the only person in the dinning room. No prices on the menu, no salad, no beer!
I think they do mostly delivery or I hope so. Corporate needs to take a look at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut .

Pizza was hard as heck it was thin and we did not order thin pizza it was cold no one ate the pizza hardly any cheese tasted like cardboard my dog didn’t eat it and she eats everything

An older but clean facility. Friendly staff. Prices on the menu and typical pizza hut food which is what we wanted. I don’t understand many of the other reviews.

Fantastic experience! Used the app to order delivery to hotel right at my ETA. Moments after arriving at the front desk, our order walked in. Hot and fresh for sure, and every detail of order, including extra sauces, was on point. Plenty of napkins and small pizza boxes to eat on were provided (they were out of plates). We were all happy and full after a long travel day.
I’d advise management to match up the negative reviews to who was on duty those days, and, consider retraining or letting go. Then I’d give a raise to whomever was on last night (7/3/25).

Dirty, employees do not care, no bathrooms, they were “closed” said we couldn’t order items on the menu. We left went to Danny’s had a great experience.
