Gave me black olives on here when I didn’t order it and wont eat them and it ruins the taste of the pizza. Wings were not even sauced and coated. They were drizzled with sauce. Laziness at its finest. I called to complain about the pizza being made wrong and had no apology from mark. Older white guy who is a delivery driver. He just said they’ll remake it. I go get it and it’s not even made well done as I ordered and when I asked if their was extra sauce on it as I ordered he looked at me like I just asked a dumb question and I said do u not know? He said no I don’t know. They girl on the pizza line her name is Yazmin and claimed to be the manager who ask was the one who made our order with the mistake. I called and spoke to her after I left and she very non caring to my concerns said ok well I’m sorry and yes I made the mistake but I remade your food. And said she didn’t hear the phone convo between me and the guy. This was our first time ordering at this location and will be our last. They have bad customer service and can’t even make your food right and then treat their mistake as if YOUR the inconvenience. Smfh. Won’t be back. The food was good however.

I would never order from here again. This is what they delivered me. When I tried to resolve it online they only offered me a free pizza so I called and spoke with Manager Leah and she hung up on me cuz I was pissed. These cookies were hard as a rock. I would never serve anybody anything like this. I had to get my kids dressed and go to the store at 10 at night because she only told me she could give me credit. I went to the store got my full refund and no apology. SMH

We order here frequently and this weekend was probably the last time, as their quality & service steady decline. I feel so bad for the delivery guys because they get all the backlash when they deliver 1.5 hrs later.
We ordered 4 pizza, two of them were tossed. Greasy, center uncooked, the other the crust was so thick and overcooked, hard like a brick.
I understand you have a shortage of staff and need to train new hires but do not charge full price then. I am still waiting to hear back and get a refund because a 20% off the next order will not due it.

I am not certain if this location just had an extra busy night, but what I witnessed was unacceptable. I placed my order at 7:30pm and was advised it would be ready in 7-12 minutes. Knowing it was a Friday night I waited in the car an additional 20 minutes walking in the door at about 8 o’clock. I did not receive my order until 8:40. To add insult to injury when I got home, the medium cheese pizza I ordered was cut up into 1 million different pieces which made it virtually inedible. I returned the pizza to the store. The young men that assisted me was very nice. He told me they will remake it. He took it back to have it remade and I watched the young lady ask him. Why are we remaking it? I invited her to come and take a look at the pizza she did and with a little hesitation, she said she would remake it I then waited an additional 20 minutes for them to remake my pizza. This is highly unacceptable. I don’t know if you all need to re-organize or regroup or retrain, but I wasn’t the only one in there that had issues with my order this night.

We frequently use this location as it’s not even a block from the house we Had a order of three pizzas one was fine one was cut part way and the other had no sauce on half the pizza, after a long day at work I want to sit some and eat but I had to go back and really just wanted a refund so I can go home and relax with the kids. The manager on duty (12/19/25) Katie was very pleasant and remade my order as well as refunded me. Stuff happens and I appreciate the effort that she made to make sure I left happy.

DO NOT ORDER HERE, READ WHY! This place is HORRIBLE! the delivery drivers are horrible, they deliver to the wrong address and act like its okay. Everytime i order from here, something wrong has occured. And don’t even think about calling them to make sure something is correct or to have them fix your order mistake. They will give you attitude like it’s your fault that your order is wrong. No accountability, no care in the world to fix the horrible customer service. And anytime you speak to “Mark” just know your delivery will be messed up or not even corrected. The current manager there is also just like him. Doesn’t have a care in the world

Ridiculously long wait times for delivery. Arrived cold. No one cares. I called and they said they were waiting on a delivery driver. What!? The whole business is built on delivering pizzas. I guess this is just another sign of the times. Oh well. Never again.

I don’t like to complain, but this is quite possibly the worst excuse for sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered a Mediterranean veggie that only had cheese and spinach on it and an Italian that only have pepperoni, ham and cheese. I spoke with the location manager, who simply said mistakes happen. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are interested in seeing how bad the sandwiches are, see the two pictures below that I posted.
