Had a bad experience with the manager on phone. I ordered a cake a week prior on their website and the cake didn’t arrive on time so I called the store. first a lady picked up and then said that she wanted me to talk to the boss.
when I told the boss my concern he said that we only bake cake rest is not his concern. like what the hell. I mean I get it you don’t deliver it but couldn’t you have guided me who to contact to track my delivery. they apparently give doordash their deliveries from the website. very unhelpful and rude to a customer. dissapointed. Cold stone you need to do better.
