EVERYTIME I come to this location there is an issue. Yesterday they were closed supposedly but yet let a mobile order go through. Today supposedly their system won’t come back up. When whoever is on the speaker is questioned about it tells you rudely go to another location. Ummm when I work right by this one why would I backtrack to go to another location. Something seriously needs to be done about the rudeness of employees. When I told him I was going to call corporate he’s like go ahead. Smh

5 stars for being able to witness a squirrel run across the mulch with a whole hamburger bun in its mouth I refuse to eat at McD’s anymore and super gross when experiments done with old food that looks just as good in 3mths without rotting! America’s food addiction that I’m not down with. It smelled horrible to me from the outside.

Visited this location recently and had a disappointing experience with the cashier. She was quite rude and had an attitude from the start. I was served a spoiled strawberry shake, and when I politely asked for a replacement, she rolled her eyes as if I was asking for something for free. I simply expect to receive what I paid for. I understand customer service can be tiring, but professionalism and courtesy should still be maintained. Please work on improving staff attitude — it makes a huge difference to the customer experience.

We stopped by and shared a 20 piece nuggets. Service was pretty slow by McDonald’s standards, and they were not very busy at the time. The food quality was consistent with other stores, but the big thing I’m pumped about is that they had a Sriracha nug sauce. This is easily the best sauce in the store. It doesn’t taste much like Sriacha at all, but it has a nice sweetness and tang to it like a good honey mustard. It’s also not packed with corn syrup like some of their other sauces.

Gave me a sausage McMuffin instead of the steak and egg sandwich I ordered — not only was it wrong, but if I had dietary or religious restrictions, this could’ve been a major offense. Y’all need to do better. Accuracy isn’t just about service — it’s about respect.
