If 0 stars were available this would be the case. The thin and crispy is a stale crisp on the edges and soggy hard towards the center, as if it’s 3 days old. I also got a regular cut pizza and it’s even soggy like and hard to chew. Not sure how you screw up a pizza this bad but this is atrocious. Normally we don’t have this problem, I don’t know why people are okay with this disgusting service and food quality but stuff needs to change.

”Well, if you call them and check on your delivery, you are automatically directed to a call center, so customer service is a one out of 10. And I’m not lying to you, this is the nastiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I was literally feeding it to my dog in this video. That’s the only reason the box seems empty. It was hard as a rock and tasted like stale bread.”…. Please just don’t waste your money here and use this a a warning but it does make good dog food though.

Pizza Hut is getting worse than worse, especially this place has the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. The customer service is so bad. They are so rude and my order is completely wrong from what I ordered. They have exactly what I ordered on the receipt but the order is different and it’s so cold and it smells so bad tastes so bad. I called multiple times they kept hanging up on me as soon as I told them that my order was wrong, and when I went to the store, the manager was so rude. They didn’t want to refund my money or change my pizza.

Ordered two 24 piece wings along with some bread sticks and a melt, with the one on the bottom being honey bbq and the top one being garlic parmasean. The picture speaks for itself, the amount of sauce on these wings is genuinely laughable. The entire top half of both are almost completely dry, with barely any sauce even on the bottom chunk of it. This would be a skimpy amount of sauce for an eight piece, let alone for the largest size wing they have.
Aside from that the bread sticks and melt were both good, thankfully nothing wrong with those at least. Delivery was a mess, ordered through Pizza Hut directly and after ordering get a notification that my doordash driver will arrive shortly. No heads up that they outsource their delivery to Doordash, which is deceptive and annoying. All the food arrived without any sort of tamper proof seals on them, and the driver attempted to keep the melt and tried to hand off only part of the food. He had to be asked (repeatedly, as he either barely spoke english or was pretending) where the rest was, then he went back to the car and magically found the last of the food. Funny how that works, I imagine had I not noticed and just took the food I’d have had a nightmare trying to get a refund for it. Just a mess all around.

I will never go to this location ever again!!! There was a 50+ year old lady belittling, degrading, bullying and calling A minor child Employee names. The way that lady acted was completely unacceptable and borderline criminal. She needs to be fired immediately!!!!

The cashiers at this location are helpful. Pizza is always decent too. My one only beef with this place is it/they never seem to have any two liters of soda pop. The glass cooler by the cash register is almost always empty.

Very irritated about my pizza! Ordered two thin crust pizzas & it was literally bread & cheese! I guess they didn’t have enough sauce. Nothing more disappointing when you really had a taste for something!

This has to be the strangest pizza hut store ever. They have a drive through. Who does that? They got our order wrong but it was the best stuffed crust cheese pizza I didnt want. It was so good but so wrong, like my childhood. These guys frequently get orders wrong and have great pizza deals for stuff you didnt order. It’s like they purposely screw up orders to give you a better deal so you come back. I love it!
