We had the pleasure of finding this food truck at a local event. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and a side of fries. Everything tasted great. We could have done with a bit more barbecue sauce (and perhaps some additional side options), but there was little else to critique. The wait for food was also reasonable. And staff were engaging. Overall, a really good first experience (and definitely not a last).
We’ve heard rumor that the owner has a fabulous banana pudding in his repertoire, and we’d like to officially cast a vote to see that on the menu.

Our basketball team spent two days in Seattle and this place was recommended by a local. The staff is as awesome as the food. I mean, I had collard greens with my meal and I usually only eat my momma’s collard greens but these were well worth the adventure. The only IPA they offered was fruity, aromatic and damn satisfactory!
The boys shot pool, threw darts and generally had a good time.

They came down to lower base today and I have the pleasure to meet and chat with the owner, who by the way is really nice! Food was absolutely amazing! I had the loaded fries and wow full of flavor! The French fries were perfectly crisp and the beef patties were seasoned to perfection. I highly recommend trying them out!

The restaurant looks like an authentic steakhouse. It has cattle skulls on the walls and a wagon wheel. They have a variety of BBQ items to choose from. I discovered this place in Poulsbo during Viking Fest. They had a truck out to serve some of their favorite dishes.
The staff here are friendly. The owner recommended me this place on their own location. I’ve had the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork. Which was pretty good. But most recently I ate an impossible burger with sweet potatoes fries. Which was pretty good.
I hear that on some nights this restaurant has karaoke night. They also have a digital dart room as well.
If you want to try a small food chain and steer away from the boring big fast food chains, I recommend this place

This was seriously some of the best BBQ I’ve had in Washington. St Louis ribs are perfectly seasoned and tender. Loaded mashers amazing. Mac and cheese was loved by all at the table and you can add whatever meat to it. The lemon blueberry cheesecake though…….. that’s the way to start your meal. Everyone left full and happy.

Came by Saturday afternoon after an all-morning hike/scramble. The brisket was juicy and the hot links were hot! I think the mac and cheese was the best and the freshly fried okra did not disappoint. Consumed all of this (plus a soda pop) within 15 minutes. So much for trying to get in shape…

Honestly, it didnt take me but a few bites. Holy s*** these guys know what they are doing!! Yeah ill make the 45 min drive out here again. No questions. Melts in your mouth. Flavorful. Mmmmmmmmmm. 9.5/10. The corn isnt my favorite. But still good.
